I used to stay in this hotel twice. The hotel is OK. The breakfast has lots of options with good service and wide dining room. I stay in Superior Room, though the room is small, it decorates really well with full of facilities and amenities. Not recommended if you have long stay because of lack of oxygen inside the room.

Our travel agent recommended this hotel and we used it as a base for our sightseeing in both in Hanoi and other cities. This hotel was our first night in Vietnam and was a bit dissapointing. Room do have carpet wich is a downside anyway, bathrooms have been renovated but the bath is very dangerous for use.
