My partner, little girl (under 2) and I had a amazing time, they pick us up from the airport took the best care of us and made us sad to leave. Breakfast is massive and high quality, drinks are even better. Don't let me get started about the shower it felt like all of the water in the world was...

We were on a trip to South East Asia during the Christmas Holidays, and travelled through Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam for about 2 weeks. During this trip we stayed in hotels that were far more expensive, even luxuries, but I must say we never received this much attention, friendship and generosity anywhere else. From the minute we arrived, we were...

Bathroom was cramped and had the toilet located inside the shower stall. Very weird and felt unsanitary and creepy. We've never seen this setup before. The hotel pictures do not depict this setup. Room did not have any windows either which made it feel smaller than it already was. Beds not too comfortable. Staff was delightful, helpful and friendly and...

Excellent stay at Nova Hotel. We appreciated the friendly staff who were ever ready to help with a smile. Ryan was professional and prompt on emails and arranged our trip to Halong Bay, where we had a great time. The hotel upgraded us to their best room for one night free of charge. Ten out of ten, would stay again!

I have been travelling to Nova Hotel with 3 children and my parents and we all very much enjoyed the stay. I must say that the choice of the rooms with balcony was absolutely worth price a little higher than for other rooms. Rooms 501 and 701 have fantastic balconies, that are not only very nice to enjoy the view...

If you are looking for a place where the staff is welcoming, warm and help you with anything (tours, transport, etc) AND you are willing to sacrifice the appearance and deal with showers that show their age, this is your place. Honestly, not the hotel to go if you want a nice place to stay and a nice area but...

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very attentive, specially Phuong (hope I'm spelling it right) the receptionist, she gave me a very warm welcome to the hotel explaining everything I needed to know to get around Hanoi. My room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was excellent. It was a little oasis in the center of the...

I immediately felt at home here. I ended up staying for over a week and the staff did everything they could to make my stay easier and more enjoyable. From the manager Ryan to Phương at the desk, the people are wonderful and always ready with a smile and glass of coffee. I would stay there again in a heart...

I stayed at the Nova Hotel recently for nearly 3 weeks as my son in law was very ill whilst backpacking round South Asia. My daughter and son in law were already booked into the hotel and so I joined them there. From the start to finish the staff at the hotel could not have been more accommodating and their...

We booked this hotel for 7 nights. They arranged airport pick-up for us and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Welcome drinks and fresh fruit are served daily - a refreshing change from the norm. All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Ryan who was extremely helpful and accommodating. We didn't sleep too well on the first night on the...
