We stayed here for 3 nights, then between side trips to Halong Bay, Mai Chau and flights home another 2 nights. Arriving in Vietnam just after Tet I had problems booking the overnight train from Da Nang to Hanoi from NZ, so Ryan became my main contact in Vietnam. He organised our train tickets and both tours for us before...

I loved my stay in nova hotel! The staff couldn't of done more for us from booking trips to booking our transfers and looking after our every need! This really is a gem of a place and is such good value for money. Would come back in a heartbeat.

This hotel had amazing service. As soon as we got there, the bellman took our bags, and the receptionist invited us to have a free glass of wine to celebrate the new year. She gave us a great map of the city, helped us find which museums were open, and answered any questions we had. Breakfast was good: eggs, omelets,...

We have just spent 2 nights at the Nova Hotel. Many of the staff were away due to the TET holiday but the few that remained were very caring and helpful. Thank you to Thomas for helping me with my SIM card and Hiem for your helpful tips (sorry I didn't get the other young girls name who also helped...

Staying here at the moment with my partner and we cannot say enough about the place. The staff, they're amazing. Everyone from the lovely ladies behind reception to the two brilliant door men. They have been so accommodation and friendly. We stayed here for two nights before our Halong bay trip and came back to stay another night before our...

I really wanted to give a 3.5 rather than a 4 for this hotel. Whilst the location was fine, the staff were great and the lobby and restaurant area excellent, we were seriously let down by the bedroom. Check in was easy and we were given a complementary cold drink on arrival whilst they did the passport and admin bits....

We were on a trip to South East Asia during the Christmas Holidays, and travelled through Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam for about 2 weeks. During this trip we stayed in hotels that were far more expensive, even luxuries, but I must say we never received this much attention, friendship and generosity anywhere else. From the minute we arrived, we were...

Bathroom was cramped and had the toilet located inside the shower stall. Very weird and felt unsanitary and creepy. We've never seen this setup before. The hotel pictures do not depict this setup. Room did not have any windows either which made it feel smaller than it already was. Beds not too comfortable. Staff was delightful, helpful and friendly and...

Excellent stay at Nova Hotel. We appreciated the friendly staff who were ever ready to help with a smile. Ryan was professional and prompt on emails and arranged our trip to Halong Bay, where we had a great time. The hotel upgraded us to their best room for one night free of charge. Ten out of ten, would stay again!
