Good location. Nice room but not sure about looking out on the internal courtyard, it was a little noisy. Good benefits for Accor club members. In general good service provided with a decent level of English spoken.

Stayed for four nights recently. The rooms are pretty nice although a bit too dark for my liking and the ventilation in the restroom could be improved. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was pretty good as well. About 10-15 min walk to old quarters and you get relative peace and quiet compared to staying at one of the hotels...

Nice hotel, rooms are on the dark side but very stylish in my opinion. Safe storage of luggage was brilliant when we went to Halong Bay for 2 nights Decent breakfast Dinner in the hotel was just OK; the young man serving us pretty clueless and his English not very good at all

A great location for the lake, old town, walking around Hanoi and many fabulous restaurants. The rooms overlook a central 'outdoor' area and so are protected from street noise whilst retaining a pleasant view. The room decor is opulent yet modern and the claw foot bathtubs etc add to the style. Old black and white films show in the 'outdoor'...

The hotel rooms and bathrooms are a work of art. The atrium area is lovely for breakfast and within 5 minutes walk of the lake and close to old city. Try and be there when the streets are closed to vehicles in the evening.

Our group of eight spent three nights in this lovely hotel. It is excellently located for wandering around Hanoi and is close to the lake and old quarter. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. We also enjoyed dinner in house at a very reasonable price.

Spending New Year in this hotel was a wonderful experience. We stepped out of the hotel & watched the fireworks. We were given free champers in the bar - lovely surprise! The staff in this hotel are so friendly and helpful. The room was very well appointed, clean and bed very comfortable. Only let down was the food, which did...

We stayed at 3 five star hotels in Hanoi and this one stood out as tops! Location was great, staff was helpful and spoke good english, amenities, decor and comfort were the best. Although it appeared the least grandiose of the three from the outside, the inside and rooms were definitely superior.
