I had stayed 2 nights at this hotel from 02-04 feb. the location is super good, it is close to the Church and the Lake within walking distance. It was really good choice if you prefer a place to stay and walk around the main attractions

I wish I could give them a good review, but I can't pass the fact that they gave me REALLY bad information twice. It could've ruin some of my days. 1. I booked a tour with them (the agency name is Sinh Cafe). EVERYTHING THAT COULD GO WRONG IN A TOUR, HAPPENED. They forgot me at the bus station, I...

Hotel nearby the Church,Hoankiem lake and easy to walk to every place in the old quarter center. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped us to organize the great trips to Ha Long Bay and Sa Pa.If we come back to Hanoi,we will stay in this hotel again

We had bad experience in February 2016. We didn't get the room which we booked. After our late check in we got a small, really dirty room without any view. Only advanatage is the good location close to Hoan Kiem Lake.

We booked a few things through them such as our Ha Long Bay tour, and also our train tickets to Dong Hoi for the evening after our trip, and the receptionist was brilliant! She got us a good deal on a great Ha Long Bay tour with Golden Bay cruises (granted the pictures weren't the same as the actual boat...

The hotel is nice, good environment inside the room, which has a good space, a good bath tub and hot shower and is clean. It is located in a small street so it is not so noisy at night and the wifi is good. Friendly staff, but after we went on a boat trip to Halong Bay, they tried to...

The hotel is in a great location, in a street that is not so loud. The staff are really friendly, the room is very clean (we stayed in the deluxe twin room with a balcony to the street), the shower is great, the Internet is very good inside the room and the breakfast is awesome as well! Definitely recommend it!!

We stayed here in January 2015. The owner and staff could not have been more helpful. The room for the four of us was clean and comfortable with a small balcony. Breakfast was included which made the start of every day easy. Great location in a quiet (for Hanoi) street in the middle of the Old Quarter.

I stayed two nights before moving onto Halong Bay. Basic but clean hotel. Staff were really friendly when I arrived, but after they realised I had arranged my own trips lost interest when they couldn't sell me anything. Really touristy area but very central so great for exploring Hanoi. Great for a night or two.

For a 3 night stay, one day tour of Ninh Binh and Ha Long and a few bottles of water ran me just under $140; amazing. Staff was personable and could answer English questions well enough. Hien is the best, she will take care of you like a mother. Being located in the centre, there are many close by shops...
