Everything was perfect, especially staff. Han - the receptionist - welcomed us with a heartfelt smile and introduced everything that we might need in the trip. Even though stayed there short time, but it is definitely the best hotel ever.

For that price you can get a much better accomodation in Hanoi. We paid some extra for a better room but got one without any daylight. We couldnt sort our bill in the evening 8pm prior to departure because the gentleman at the reception didnt know how to do it... We met him the next morning because we had an...

On checking-in to the hotel late at night, we discovered that we were put into the wrong room with wrong bed types. Had to stay the night in that particular room as it was very late at night to move around. The next morning, I spoke to the receptionist (who, even now, i wouldn't say was particularly helpful) and we...

If I ever decide to come to Hanoi again,...

We were a group of 4 visiting Hanoi in October. It's a nice surprise - we didn't expect much on booking yet things have settled down well on arrival. Staff were extremely lovely and extremely helpful and patient. It has good shops and street food around, within a distance to everywhere in the old quarter. All are good except breakfast...
