We stayed a total of 4 nights at the Aquarius over a 3 week trip to N Vietnam. The hotel, particularly the friendly & very competent staff, including Yen, Phuang & Nghia were like good friends & family to two aging travellers who needed and appreciated their advice & recommendations. The breakfast room is cozy & friendly with folks from around the globe dropping in for great fresh local food made for you and delivered with a smile. If you are looking for a good hotel experience in old Hà Nội, close to all that old town has to offer, this hotel is highly recommended. The value and service are the best we’ve encountered in Vietnam and the reasonable price will make your stay all the more enjoyable.

We searched online for a medium hotel in Hanoi old quarter and near the lake, we found Aquarius that met our budget and the reviews looked great too. And yes, we're right. The location is super, only a little walk to the lake and Puppets theater. Our room is clean and nice too. The front desk is so kind and helpful. They helped to arrange airport taxi at very good price of VND300,000 for 2 of us. Well done. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

We had a great at Aquarius. It's well located in Hanoi Old Quarter. Local food are all around, especially egg coffee and Ban Mi (they're really tasty). The hotel offers airport transfers at reasonable price and well-prepared. Their driver meets us at the airport and we don't have to pay until we do check out. The staff are fantastic! Nghia in front desk is so kind and helpful.

We found online the Family Room at $50 and it was great. The hotel has just recently renovated as the hotel manager mentioned and yes, it looks new and clean. Staffs were so friendly and helpful, they didn't mind making us breakfast to take away on they day we left early for Sapa bus as well as taking care our big suitcases when we're on the tour. Highly recommend Aquarius to every one coming to Hanoi Old Quarter!

We've been at Aquarius for 3nights before our motocyle trip to the northern. The hotel is located right in central of Hanoi Old Quarter, just around 300m to the Lake and foods, drinks are all around within steps. Our room was clean and adequate. Complementary breakfast daily served with Pho, fruits and others. Phuong - the waitress in the restaurant was so nice and helpful. She helped us order coffee and bought Puppets Show tickets. Mike in the front desk is so ethusiatic too. We felt like we're at our home here, people were eager to help. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Stayed at the Aquarius grand for 3 nights. The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of old town hanoi. It is in a great location to walk around the city and explore this great city. Would definitely stay here again when I return to hanoi

My travel agency booked Aquarius Grand Hotel for us as we requested to be in Hanoi Old Quarter and close to Hoan Kiem Lake. This hotel location and services made us so happy. Breakfast was hot-served and we like Pho here. Our room was clean and comfortable, the hotel is newly renovated after covid time so it looks new. We love this boutique hotel services!

If you’re spending more than one night in a hotel one of the most important factors in enjoying your stay is the quality of the staff. The folks here are second to none; friendly, warm and over-the-top helpful. With comfortable rooms, a nice breakfast buffet and located in the heart of Old Town the Aquarius Grand is a perfect in the center of Hanoi’s Old Town. Walk out the door and the best of Hanoi is never more than s few blocks away.

Aquarius Grand Hotel is well located in the old quarter, very near Huan Kiem Lake. Our room was clean and well-equiped, we had breakfast in the morning and it was good too. Hien was a good guy, he's so helpful and kind. The staff here are so friendly and helpful too, nothing was too much trouble. It was busy and crowded at the weekend in Hanoi Old Quarter, but interesting. Definitely recommend Aquarius Grand Hotel!
