Check in and Check out was very easy - they even let me keep my luggage there overnight as i was going for a cruise and back for another night. Rooms may be a bit old but still well kept and clean. Only downside may be the traffic sound as the hotel is located at the corner of a junction....

Overall a good choice, central location, friendly staff, clean room, excellent WiFi, heating /aircon working properly. Downside, Rooms without window are a bit smelly(especially the bathroom);average breakfast. I would stay here again but maybe in a room with window.

Nice hotel in the old quarter five minutes walk from the lake. Clean and quiet room with great shower and comfortable bed. Friendly staff who speak good English . Would have given it a five but for a dodgy mix up with the taxi tot he airport.

Tu Linh Palace Hotel has a great location in The Old Quarter and was an incredibly affordable stay with the benefit of not being a hostel. Private room was comfortable and clean with the only negatives being that it didn't have a window and being on the 1st floor meant that morning preparations in the kitchen / dining room could...

It is a little bit away from the main areas we liked but only 5-10min walk past shops. Hotel offered to keep bags during the day...

The hotel is a good value and has all the basics one needs. It's a 30 minute walk to City Center through the Old Quarter which has lots of shopping opportunities and places for dining or drinks. I stayed 2 nights, with a split in between due to an overnight visit to Halong Bay. My room was a good size...
