Check in time is okay, the rooms are clean and comfy and the staff are friendly, good for a short getaway. breakfast is limited and is served in a small area which limits the time for breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance to eateries and the streets lining the place are unique.

We stayed at Topaz for a total of three nights and don't have much to complain about. The staff was excellent and very genuine. The hotel is a great location with almost everything you need in walking distance. They offer breakfast in the morning which was very tasty.

We stayed at the Hanoi Topaz for one night before heading off to Halong Bay on the Paloma Cruise. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter, about 7-10 minutes walk from the big lake which has a lot of shops and restaurants dotted around. At first, we were a bit shocked to see the hotel in such a location...

We had the best bonding time with our cousins in this trip. Our stay in this hotel was really a pleasant one. Its location is just walking distance to a lot of shops and dining places. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly & accommodating. There were minor hilarious lapses but nothing stressful. The overnight Halong Bay...

Reasonable price. Room is clean with a good shower cubicle. We also like the wireless PC inside the room that is convenient to access the Internet whenever we like. Breakfast is reasonably good. Overall, nothing substantial to complain about. Location is not as close to the Hoan-Kiem lake as we would like but not far either

I don't have much to mention this hotel, attentive staff, great food and clean and well appointed room, that is all for my trip. I have made a wrong mistake to book V spirit cruise, it is for budget traveler, the boat was ok except for the guide who always have a shield to protect his company and consistantly asked...

First night on first visit to Vietnam. We chose this through Tripadvisor recommendation and were not disappointed. We arranged an airport pickup with the hotel and were met (at nearly midnight!) as arranged. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the lovely Bella on reception went out of her way to suggest where we should go in Hanoi and the...

We stayed here for 2 nights before our Halong Bay trip, and again when we got back. The staff are the friendliest we've met on our trip, and also the most helpful. They don't really push too much to sell you things, and seem to genuinely want to help you make the most of your trip. I got sick whilst...
