This is our first visit to Hanoi and stay with Pan Pacific hotel. The immediate impression upon arrival was assuring, the ambience was clean and friendly. The check-in reception, notably Mr. Minh responded positively to our needs; we were assigned a high floor room (facing the West Lake) which kept our 7-N stay unforgetable and comfortable. The "tim sum" dishes...

As a 5-star hotel (former Sofitel), it is a very good one for busiess trip. Both room and bathroom are big (but no comb). Lake view is beautiful in sunny days. It offers a wide range of breakfast choices. It also has an indoor swimming pool.

Have enjoyed staying at the Pan Pacific. Location has the best view from the summit bar over the city. It was a privilege to be looked after in Club Lounge by Alex and her colleagues. Food and service has been amazing from the house keeping team to the front doorman. Would recommend a stay here as it is only a...

We stayed there for 2 nights prior to a Red River Cruise. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. It,s a 15 minute taxi ride from the centre ( which costs about $3) but is near to one of the beautiful lakes and temples. I would certainly recommend it for a stay in Hanoi.

We would not have stayed here but lucked in with Luxury Escapes deal. The staff were exemplary and the facilities were faultless. Happy Hour every night is a must. ..the range of food was yummy Also snacks in the cafe. The pool was delightful. Loved walking round the lake and a quick taxi to old quarter.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific Hanoi for 3 nights in January. The rooms very nice and the staff was outstanding. The only negative was checking in. It took quite some time but were offered drinks whilst we waited. The package included breakfast, club access which allows drinks and food in the evening. Staff great - Khoa was brilliant and...

Rebranded from Sofitel Plaza Hotel in Oct'16(correct if it's wrong), though using the same building but I could feel the hotel cared for upkeeping and maintenance very carefully. Building itself is not new, but I didn't feel any inconvenience during 2-nights'-stay. Bath tub was particulary nice. Breakfast was fantastic for me! Though there weren't many menus, but quality was very...
