The people were pleasant enough, and rooms ok, but avoid doing your laundry there. I had a full load washed and realized after I had left that I was missing clothes. They carefully chose the most expensive clothes to take. I wish I hadn't been so trusting.

The 'friendly' reputation that this guesthouse enjoys lasts exactly as long as you keep spending your Dong there. Dont use the laundry service, it's a polite form of extortion. The rooms are tiny (even by Vietnamese standards). Not that cheap either.

“The top room 503 is the cheapest I believe, but it is a bit smaller... and, during our stay at least, there was always a cat meowing for hours on the adjacent rooftop; not that it;s room 503's fault, ha.”

“Not much difference between the different categories, you should take the cheapest one, except if you want a bathtub.”

“As far as I could tell, all the rooms were good-we saw several and they mostly looked the same so just book the cheapest-it will be just fine. All rooms are accessible by lift.”
