Not Recommended! The staff is very friendly, fortunately I speak Vietnamese fluently. The rooms are about average for So. East Asia, breakfasts for hotel guests are free. I watched the rats run across the bar while having dinner. Don't bother going upstairs to see the kitchen.

Hotel is a great place to stay. Our standard room on the second floor was well appointed with a decent size double bed, tea and coffee, mini bar (charged) and storage space.Easy walking distance to the coffee shops and restaurants .Staff make the difference with their 5 star service and positive attitude. I will gladly return again

Very average hotel, in need of a good clean. Staff reasonably friendly and the breakfast adaquate. Near to the old quarter next to a very busy road.

After visiting our relatives in Thuan an near Hué we took the train to Hanoi. This hotel was recommended by people in Thuan An. We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent service, good food etc. Because my wife is from Vietnam? I donot know. Next time we'll book this hotel again!!

I was in Hanoi for a workshop. I was alone (in my room), but booked this hotel as a large group of friends/colleagues, many of whom had stayed here previously decided to stay here again. This was my third visit to Hanoi; previously I had stayed at the Sofitel Plaza (which we revisited on this trip for a drink -...

This hotel was in our package - what a shock! The bathroom smelt very mouldy (with a hand size hole in the ceiling), a large tour group were checking in when we arrived, so we couldn't change our room. The next day we asked to change, but they sent up a guy to repair the room - we couldn't see...

ok if you don't expect top luxury accommodation one main defect in our room was the air conditioning unit which started dripping water on the curtains and the carpet location suitable for visiting the old part of Hanoi breakfast was included + was adequate

Comfortable hotel, quite dated but clean. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was pretty poor. Slightly away from the Old Quarter.

Dont let the taxi cab driver trick you into staying at this place. We thought this place was close to the city centre, but nowhere near... The room we stayed in was expensive for the area, old and the carpet was wet & smelly and with the combination of heat and wet carpet (its not a great smell). The airconditioner...
