We enjoyed our stay in this hotel tremendously. The staff was both very friendly and professional. An excellent breakfast with a birdseye view over Hanoi. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I can highly recommand this pearl in the old quarter of Hanoi.

Airport transportation from Serene was roughly around $15-$20usd or you can order a grab taxi through the app (grab is Asia’s version of Uber) and it was around $10usd. But if you’re more comfortable having someone pick you up from airport or dropping you off it’s best to organise it through the hotel itself. You can email the hotel directly and ask Jenny the manager for assistance. She will help you with every request and say Matt sent you. Enjoy your stay it’s the best hotel in the old quarter and Jenny is the best.
