I stayed here for a 3 day business trip. The workshops were held at the hotel, so I didn't have to go very far. The hotel staff were very friendly, and offered lots of suggestions on places to eat in the local area.

Great staff, they are all well trained and serve the customer well. This goes from the reception to the cleaning staff they all represented the Hilton Hotel well. The only disappointment I had was the first day I went to the restaurant and ate fruit and cereal and was charged the full buffet price. I was my fault for not...

Great stay, staff very nice and ensured we had a great stay! Great location in Hanoi! The front desk arranged airport pick-up service and two separate day tours out of Hanoi. Only issue is that the breakfast buffet is overpriced and not worth that extra price.

A true top notch experience in the heart of Hanoi. I cannot think of a negative criticism. The room was comfortable, the staff very responsive and helpful. The location is in the center of things but just tucked away from the midst congested address. Will return on my next trip.

Stayed for a week for business in Hanoi. Decent hotel for the price and access to amenities close by. Hotel has a small restaurant on ground floor but food was enough for our first night on arrival. Subsequently we patronize our favorite restaurant Ngon, which is a two mins walk away.

Wonderful experience at the hotel. Very friendly staff and very helpful if one has any problems. Location is in a residential area away from noise tourists areas, which is a big plus. Special breakfast rate is a plus as well..

This is a safe, clean and welcoming hotel. I've had 3 long stays and was comfortable and very content. The location is a major plus - NOT the noisy Old Quarter, but in the agreeable French Quarter, 5 minutes from the Opera House and city-centre Sword Lake. There are good restaurants nearby in Tran Hung Dao Street and the hotel's...

For the price of the room was great for the 3 night stay. About 50 min from the hotel via van/taxi. Great location for visiting sites in the downtown area of Hanoi (about 3 blocks from the Hotel Opera). Fair buffet breakfast. Shower/bathtub combo was unique and did experience water on the floor because of the set-up. Room was quite....
