We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful (especially Justin). The hotel room is somewhat basic, but very clean, roomy enough and comfortable at an incredible price. We will absolutely be back to this hotel!

My Vietnamese friend recommended this hotel for my vacation in Vietnam. I quite like this hotel cause its location - a famous place in Hanoi - Old Quarter. Actually, I'm a person who like history and Asian culture. And this hotel just match me so much that I can't explore and find so much things aged by walking around. Don't...

This hotel is really well located in the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They are very keen to assist with everything from luggage to tours and recommendations. We used their airport pick up service and this was to be our only glitch with them. The pickup driver could not find...

Just stayed at GSP for 3 nights. Location is fantastic, breakfast is good with plenty of options and the rooms are really good. My 5 star rating comes because of the staff though. All the staff were friendly but in particular Justin was a standout! Great man who is a great representation of the beautiful people of Hanoi. Cheers mate....

This hotel offers everything you need. It's location is totally great, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. The staff are lovely and there is free breakfast which they cook fresh for you. For the money it was a great choice! However, it would be a little depressing to hang out in as I like to do sometimes...

Travelling to Vietnam for the first time we could not have picked a better hotel to stay at. Justin is so knowledgable about all aspects of Hanoi and always had time to help us even if it was for something as simple as finding the best place to buy bananas. Ken was amazing when our son was taken ill in...
