We stayed here twice in November 2016. It's like this hotel tried to be nice, but it's fallen into major disrepair. They want to seem luxurious, but it's all very cheap inside. Check-in is on two wobbly, very small stools. The rooms we stayed in were both awkward. A wall mounted lamp hung crookedly over one of the mirrors. The... More

My second stay here was great. The room they offered (free upgrade from my superior room to the suite) was just excellent. Can't blame the staff at all. They are so kind and helpful and the ones that you may not find easy to meet in a strange country. I booked all of our travels (Sapa and Mai Chau tours... More

Booked one room at the end of our trip in Vietnam, and wish we hadn't. Concierge put us in a cab downtown with a junky meter which overcharged by 300%. 245000VND to get to our destination, and only 75000VND to get back. Room smells like mildew, has broken floorboards, and the sheets are stained. Just took a shower which was... More

Perfect loction in the old quarter. The staff is awesome. So friendly! They helped us with all of our belongings. When I lost my phone in a cab they managed everything so I got my phone back. The Hotel is clean, the staff is awesome, the breakfast in the rooftop. What do you want more?

This was our first hotel in Vietnam. Airport pick up was a good recommendation from the hotel. Hotel is at the top of the Old Quarter which is convenient if you want to also go to the West Lake area. The hotel staff are genuinely interested in your safety while in Hanoi. We arranged our Sa Pa and Ha Long... More

I stayed for 2 nights at the Hanoi Posh Hotel. I stayed in the mixed dorm which was inexpensive and totally perfect for that price. Very comfortable beds and clean toilets. Spring at the Travel desk helped me out with the Ha Long Bay Tour & with booking flights to Da Nang. She was really kind and helping. All in... More

We stayed for one perfect night. The staff were super friendly and helpful - we had to check out before breakfast to catch our flight so they had breakfast delivered to our room the night before so we didn't have to leave hungry. The room itself was lovely and comfy, and the en suite was perfect with a great shower.... More

My second stay at Posh Hotel was like coming home! Warm greetings, lovely room, pick up from the airport, nothing was too much trouble! My sister and I had booked a trip to Halong Bay before we arrived but a typhoon was coming before our tour began. Staff booked us on an earlier tour with a more expensive tour company... More
