The service was really great. Very courteous and exceeding expectations. We left with my fiancée at 5am and they had prepared for us take away breakfast! So nice! The room is great but perhaps a bit less impressive than in the picture. Would stay again!

We got our travel agent to book us into the Paradise Boutique Hotel after reading so many good reviews on trip adviser. We spent 9 nights in what was supposedly a "Deluxe Room" this I did question whilst there. Our room was at the back so no noise, we just overlooked very grey and sad looking roof tops, (we were...

The staff was incredibly friendly and the location is great! For the price we paid, I think we could have stayed at a much better hotel. The images are a bit deceiving, the actual room are not as nice as the pictures shown on their website. We had a balcony view, which was a bit cramped and difficult to walk...

The location in the heart of the old quarter is ideal. Decor is tasteful and elegant in an understated way. Staff are unfailingly polite and helpful. Rooms are well appointed given their size. Breakfast is great and starts at 6:30 which is a bonus for early risers who want to get going with their exploration of the city.

When we booked this hotel I did not have high expectation since its just a 3 stars hotel. We checked and and was greeted by the manager and staff, who gave as tea and a warm towel while they checked us in. The room is a standard room with a window that leads to the wall of the next building...

First of all, Paradise Boutique Hotel is a small scale 3 star hotel. I'm not expecting too much for the price I pay for the daily rate. Surprisingly, I feel comfortable staying at this wonderful boutique hotel. Front desk - Front desk area is small, typical 3 star hotel lobby. It gets a little too crowded if there are 10...

Our first time in Hanoi was simply amazing and a lot of the credit has to go to the staff of the hotel. My wife and I stayed in the hotel for about 9 days in February. We knew from the price we paid it wasn't a luxury hotel, but the hotel staff definitely made us feel like royalty. The...

So friendly with that personal touch, cleanliness is fantastic with everything your could need at your finger tips. Breakfast buffet is great with a wide choice both western and Vietnamese selection. Old quarter of Hanoi, the place to stay. Location to all site within walking distance. Cab also easy & cheap. Hotel staff really helpful. Highly recommend for mid price accommodation. Hanoi is a bustling city embrace all it has to offer. Crazy traffic, as a pedestrian, don't hesitate, walk with confidence & weave. It all works!
