A friendly and welcoming team, they organised our visas, a driver to pick us up and our trip to Hanoi, they were easy to communicate with and helpful if we had any questions. The hotel is looking a little tired, however still a peaceful and pleasent hotel. It is close to local attractions and some great little restaurants and street...

Just had a 5days in this hotel. To be honest it's perfect for one night which it seemed most people did for us it was difficult as there was no bar where you could get a coffee or drink after a long day sight seeing. We had a kettle in our room but had to sit on the bed for...

The location of this hotel cannot be beat: centrally located in the heart of the Old Quarter, yet it's tucked away in an alley which minimizes all the city noise for a peaceful rest. Staff was very friendly and did a great job walking us through some Hanoi recommendations with an accompanying map. The rooms were small, but good. One...

If you want to be right in the mix of things in Hanoi this hotel ticks all the boxes. Well priced with excellent service. The check-in was detailed giving us a good overview of the surrounding area and suggested areas to go for experiences. Airport pickup was perfect and when we asked where we could buy a power adapter they...

We have just checked out of this hotel this morning. We stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting Hanoi. The staff couldn't be more helpful and polite. The room is clean and has everything you need. The location is great, walking distance from all the hustle and bustle but far enough out to have a peaceful nights sleep. The breakfast is...

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel 5 times now. It is truly our home away from home. I've stayed at many hotels in Hanoi but always end up back here. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. They remember us every time we visit. If you need anything, including train tickets to Sapa, they will book them...

The hotel is located in a small valley but it's just a short walk out to the main road & very close to the night market street. If you dare to explore the area, you will find some shortcuts to the hotel :) We checked into a Family Suite Room, it's clean & cozy, just nice for a family of...

We had a perfect stay - the staff is awesome! The bedrooms are great - comfortable and very clean! And the breakfast is amazing; best breakfast we ever had in Vietnam. Could not think of a better place to stay in Hanoi - we will definitely come back again.

This was such a delightful place to stay! They picked us up from the airport late at night for a very cheap price, then provided us with lots of advice and information, including maps. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was good. Even on the day we checked out, they helped us buy travel adapters and SIM cards, and...

It's well located in old quarter. Would thought that it will be noisy. But no, it's in a quiet alley. Stayed on the forth floor. We had a lovely check in. Staff was friendly and took the time and initiative to share basic information and attractions of Hanoi. While the room is just average, service really made up for it....
