The hotel is ran by a really kind lady that really looks after her guests. She helps with recommendations for local restaurants, tours and helps you to organise the perfect tour to Halong Bay. The room is comfortable and the breakfast selection is good. A nice little place to stay a few nights as it right in amongst the action... More

We stayed here for 5 nights in September. Upon arrival Annie took us through 'things to know in Hanoi' which was very helpful for the rest of our trip. She gave us some good recommendations and the other staff were always friendly and would go out of their way to help you. The room was great. Just what we needed.... More

Stayed a total of 3 nights, conveniently located in the old quarter which is the more traditional part of the city. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping to practice those barter skills. Staff were all friendly, especially Annie who sat us down and told us about the hotel, attractions, restaurants. Room was comfortable and reasonably modern. Try out the New... More

Good location in the city center Friendly staff Nice breakfast : you can order pancake or omelette and they also have a buffet. Good value for money Clean room We used their airport pick up for 19 dollars and everything was perfect. I definitively recommend this hotel.

In the heart of the Old Town, this hotel has the best location. It's on a small alley, 2 blocks away from the best spots in the city. The staff was so helpful (especially Ms Trang, who really went out of her way to help us).

Love the location on a "quiet" (or at least as quiet as you can get in Hanoi!) side street in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The rooms are fairly large and very clean. I had an extended stay here (9+ days) and the staff are truly amazing. They remember your name and are happy to help with anything you require. Would highly... More

We stayed for 2 nights before we headed up to Halong Bay, I planned to make a surprise birthday for my boyfriend and the staffs were very helpful to make it perfect. The breakfast was fantastic for a price that we paid. Really happy to stayed there.

We stayed here for one night when our flight home was cancelled. Understandably, we were a little tired and frustrated. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. They made a special effort for us and spoke to the airline as well as arranging an airport transfer for us. The hotel has an excellent location in the centre... More

David and his staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well decorated and the breakfast was varied. Moreover, it's central location in the Old Quarter also makes it an excellent base for exploration; being tucked away in a narrow alley with local food stalls also adds to the charm.

I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of July. The hotel is right in the centre of the old quarter on a quiet lane (relatively so) and only a couple of mins walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. It is tall and skinny. On arrival I was picked up at the airport (local charge) and taken to the hotel.... More
