Thien Thai is a great hotel to stay at while in Hanoi. It's close to the old quarter and has many nice boutiques, stalls and eating places around it. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They are very efficient and dedicated.

We stayed for two nights, first time in Hanoi. Colonial buidling and room is dated but comfortable. Hotel is doing their best. Not a luxury accommodation but clean. Breakfast is good but can be crowded. Good location - located in the old quarter part of the city.

I am sorry. We are unable to answer your question. We had a beautiful, very clean large room and great service. Would certainly recommend you stay there but email Hotel and they will advise you. Alan E
