This hotel had the best service out of all the hotels I stayed in throughout Vietnam. The staff spoke great English and helped us book train tickets as well as giving other city advice. The porters were on the ball and equally polite. Rooms were spotless, spacious and I'd recommend getting a room with a balcony. It's in a great...

Stayed in Icon 36 in Nov 16 for 3 nights while visiting Hanoi. Perfect location in the old quarter. Staff were brilliant from the off, sorted train tickets and transfers out. Made sure we didn't pay too much for taxis etc. Room was clean. Definitely recommend

I was stranded in hanoi with my aged parents when our agent cheated us from malaysia via tour agency in hanoi, we were promised 5 star facilities when we landed we were asked to stay in a run down goverment facility which was disgusting. Thanks to icon 36 and the front desk personal KELLY who took the trouble to help...

Stayed at icon 36 for 3 nights after having to change hotels since our previous one in Hanoi was booked after our Halong bay tour. At first glance things seemed good. However, 5 mins into our stay we realized the walls were really dirty with stains and crushed mosquitoes. The A/C was in definite need of a deep clean as...

These guys were great! I stayed with 2 friends for $40/night for 2 nights. Spacious room with a balcony, good value bathroom/beds/AC/wifi/towels/linen. There was a very good team of young, enthusiastic staff that helped with everything whenever we asked. They fixed wifi issues quickly, suggested attractions to visit, organised airport transfers and even helped to book our next hotel in...

The location was great. The price for the comfort was great and the WI-FI connection was strong in the room. Paid $25/night for a 2-twin room. Was just what was needed! The breakfast was not bad either. Major Con:Major bathroom leaks in more than one room we stayed in. Once the shower is running make sure u bring a few...

After a lovely stay in another hotel in hanoi, I moved to icon 36 for 4 days. Initially I thought the service from the other hotel would be very hard to beat, as it was excellent, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff here are truly wonderful, especially Leah, and they will do everything in their power to give you...

The location is good, inside old quarter. You can easily find this hotel. The price for the room is not expensive, but reasonable. The room is good and clean, with modern decorated, TV,wi-fi,etc. But the breakfast is too few to choice( I rented the other same-level price hotels before, and they provide more choices for the breakfast).

We stayed in a high floor room with a balcony which had a lovely view. The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff are very helpful and friendly more extras in the room are needed (shampoo, conditioner etc) The breakfast could be much better compared to hotels in Hanoi that are similar. Table and chairs are needed so...

Stayed here for nearly 2 weeks. Booked and made all tour bookings through Tracey who did a great job of organizing everything from arranging the visa letter to all our tours and even our unfortunate overnight hospital stay. We stay in 3 different rooms all clean and comfortable and cool. Excellent breakfasts. Great location. Great people working here. Nothing to...
