I stayed in this hotel last August/September with my husband and 2 kids of 10 and 12 year old. The room in the top floor was very big and cosy. I am happy with the price and the location of the hotel. The room was on the top floor so if you stay there on August the hottest month of the... More

Hi Nam Hai 1 Hotel (now the Hanoi Style Hotel) is in a great location. The staff are friendly, the room is comfortable, the buffet breakfast appealing and the setting quite compelling. At $35 a night, it is a great deal!

When we first arrived we had two rooms. One on the 4th floor and the other on the 7th floor. Rats or some kind of rodent kept us awake on the 7th floor. The computers in the rooms did not work and one had images not suitable for children on the hard drive (left by a previous guest I assume).... More

We stayed at the Nam Hai 1 for 4 nights then again for 2 nights after returning from Ha Long Bay. The service was great and the hotel is well placed with all the action on your doorstep or just a short walk away. The staff were very helpful and all spoke good English. Room was good value for money... More

Our family checked out of here after 1 night. We were originally put in a room on the 7th floor (lift to the 6th floor then stairs up) it was up by a corrugated iron roofed room where they dried all the laundry. The room was very tired with a view of the motorway. We changed to a slightly better... More

Our stay at the the Nam Hai was comfortable, inexpensive and the youthful desk help could not have been any more accommodating in dealing both with us and our Vietnamese friends. Media-savvy, the desk staff asked us to write a review and we are happy to do so. Our room was small but clean and comfortable, with AC and a... More

This was our second trip and we loved the Nam Hai 1 just as much as the first time. We stayed 2 nights at another hotel but had to come back to Nam Hai 1. The staff were very accommodating with part day use while waiting to go to Sapa and early check-in on our return from Sapa. Everyone is... More

I have been in Nam Hai hotel last month, and it was the best time when I was first in Hanoi. The hotel is in great atmosphere, plentiful services from within to the outback. The busy Ma May Street is very ideal for going to the other corners of Hanoi city. Hotel staffs are very professional and helpful. They always... More
