We stayed in a Junior Suite overlooking lake Hoan Kiem. Staff were amazing, we had to change our total booking due to re-booking a cruise. Staff could not have been more helpful. View amazing, as previously mentioned Breakfast could have had more choice, it was more than enough for us, though some cereal would have been good. Room huge, clean... More

My friend and I paid $30 per night for a twin room at this hotel but do not feel that the service we received was worth that! The positives were: nice staff, great location, fridge, safe in room, free small water, clean bed, they let us check in early. Unfortunately the negatives outweighed those things though. -There was no window... More

We had room 901 - a suite overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake. The view was perfect. Location is great - right in the heart of Ha Noi. Room is clean, staff is helpful. Breakfast is OK, but sometimes not much food. Not everybody speaks English. The second stay at this hotel was after visiting Ha Long Bay, this time it was... More

We spent 6 nights here recently. Could not recommend it enough. Fantastic location a few mins walk from the lake . wonderful staff especially the young lady on the front desk. Our stay was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room 701 had a great view over the lake, which is only 50 meters away. The room itself was beautiful and spacious. We saw room 301 which wasn't half as good as our since it hasn't been renovated, especially the bathroom. So make sure you ask for the... More
