Room was always spotless. Good shower and washing facilities. Breakfasts were wholesome with some variety, and the all day availability of tea and coffee was a great plus. Staff were always there to help with trips, further travel and accommadation elsewhere. One criticism was the lack of a comfy chair in the room, to me an essential

Room was clean and tidy, breakfast was decent , location was central and staff helpful, felt staff were not happy when I booked trip by myself instead of through the hotel travel service, apart from that I enjoyed my stay .

We booked this hotel through tripadvisor and ended up at the hotel and they told us we didn't have a reservation even though we had a confirmation email saying rising dragon!!! They told us a story that another hotel is 2 doors down and we had to stay there, which was an awful hotel. We booked through travel republic and...

David arranged our trip to ha long bay and didn't request payment until we returned. The staff were very helpful and also booked our train tickets and took us to...

Good location for the old quarter. Staff pleasant and gave help when required. Would pass on breakfast if I were to stay there again. Food poor and the breakfast room is stuffy. Rooms are tired plus the bed was so hard. They let us leave our bags securely for a trip to halong bay which was helpful. It is cheap...
