First this is not a 4 star hotel, maybe 3 at best. As you wonder through the Old Quarter I think it is typical of a lot of the " boutique style hotels" The reception area was cluttered and mismatched , worn furniture, the receptionist was more interested in booking tours for us than giving us a lay out of...

Stayed for a few nights (with a trip to Ha Long Bay in the middle) and can't fault it. Good location and they were very helpful. Comfy room as well. Breakfast wasn't spectacular but was perfectly fine. They made us feel very welcome as well. Thanks,

We only stayed 1 night as we went on the over night Ha Long Bay tour the next day. The room was good, had all the essentials and was in a really good location - we got a really good nights sleep which we were surprised about due to being so central. The breakfast was really good. They were really...

Having just got back to Hanoi from a cruise around Halong Bay, we booked here overnight. Can't fault it, staff were friendly, room was ok, bathroom was fine although there was a bit of smell coming up from the drain next to the toilet but it wasn't constant. All in all, no issues

Great central location, fabulous staff, amazing breakfast, bacon done to Aussie standards. Room had a great double spa. Beds extremely comfy. Mini mart just a few doors one way and bottle shop a few doors the other. Got a bottle of white chili wine for $11. Highly recommend Ghecko restaurant.

We stayed 5 days in this hotel and got there the trips to Halong bay and Perfume Pagode and they were stuning. When we went to Halong bay, we spent there one night and people from hotel cancelled our night in the hotel for free. Special thanks to Anni, an excepcional worker who organized us our stay in Hanoi, helping...
