The hotel was very nice. We stayed in a Penthouse suite and it was comfortable, modern and comfy. The food at the restaurant in the hotel is AMAZING. I ordered room service one night and the portion was so huge we place more than half in the refrigerator for the next day's lunch. The breakfast every morning was beyond amazing...

Great basic hotel in Hanoi old town . rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were excellent. Couldn't do enough to help . breakfast was buffet style and was very good. Booked a four night , five day tour directly with the hotel and it was excellent . The day tour was very good and the trip to halong bay...

A wonderful choice. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Had contacted the hotel before arrival in Vietnam to arrange early check-in and they were so accommodating. Were upgraded to a suite at the back which was large and very quiet, an important ingredient for a good night's sleep. Beds comfortable and clean linen. Although downside was that you only...

Paradise hotel is located near the East gate (Address 53 Hang Chieu). It is on a busy street close to great shopping and the night market. The lake is close. There is a Vinmart down the street which sells cheap food / drinks. The breakfast is great with a large selection. You can order multiple hot dishes - eggs, noodles...

Fantastic hotel! We stayed for 3 nights over New Years and enjoyed great service and central location in the Old Quarter. We had a road side room with a small balcony overlooking the street. It was fantastic! (Be warned, its a bit noisy in the mornings - not a problem for us!) Breakfast and internet was great! Arranged taxis too...

The team at Paradise hotel are superb. Really friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable as are the beds so it's good value for money. Breakfast really nice too. The hotel is also really well situated for looking around the old quarter.

Would really recommend staying here if you're looking for a mid-range hotel with a great location, great staff and nice rooms. They treated us really well here! They upgraded our room for the first two nights, the breakfast was pretty good and the staff were exceptionally helpful, For example, when we had to leave in the wee hours of the...

My husband and I were on our honeymoon an Hanoi was our first stop. Bella and her team at the paradise hotel were so welcoming and helpful. They upgraded our room and gave us a beautiful welcome "honeymoon" gift. Bella helped us in organizing tours up north to Sa Pa and Ha Long Bay. She also arranged a flight for...

Great service and extremely accommodating. Arriving with our booked dates completely wrong (our error!) staff managed to give us a similar room and without the hike in price you would expect! In love already! Friendly and very informative got everything we asked for in terms of travel & local hotspots; keen to help, the staff at paradise inn hotel are...
