Three nights in this hotel. From the street I was looking forward to staying, after the first hour I was ready to check out. Staff were friendly and helpful but in our first room the sink was blocked, the TV didn't work and neither did the air con. There was no fuss and the staff moved us quickly. The next... More

Stayed here at the end of our intrepid tour, the hotel is well located close to the park and backpackers district. Rooms are fairly comfy but overall it's a rather bland hotel with a frustrating slow lift but fine as a base for exploring the city.

Anyone who has tried to sleep in 30° heat and 80% humidity will know the importance of air conditioning. You cannot sleep comfortably without it. So no matter how well located, it was clear from having a quiet word with staff that air con has been broken for several weeks in this hotel. If this cannot be fixed, then I... More

We stayed at the Queen Ann for 4 nights. It is a 3 star hotel and it lives up to its rating. Some staff spoke very good English but not all. The included breakfast was a little average. The beds were ok - not too firm and not to soft. The doorman during the afternoon was particular helpful. It is... More

Expect just the basics. No tea bags, fly in room on arrival, lift very slow, breakfast room crowded (and get in early as they don't replenish, food just sits there all morning). Staff try to please however but translator often required.

Average hotel but enjoyable breakfast. Location okay. Long wait for elevator. Bar was okay but would have preferred to pay at the bar rather than put on room bill which was how it was paid. The was the last night of our 10 days in Vietnam.

It was the endpoint of a trip through Vietnam. The rooms are quite small. There where building works one floor lower. Sometimes it was quite dusty and smelled strongly from cigarettes. The restaurant is really small and the breakfast buffet closes early. 30 minutes before it closes, coffee and breakfast run out. We liked all other hotels more.
