The staff are English speaking and very polite & helpful. The room was OK. The food are limited and for muslims, the restaurant is Non Halal so just purchase your rooms without breakfast. It is around 1.5 km away from Ben Thanh market.

Stayed as part of a group tour likely would not seek it out to stay again. Breakfast wasn't great in comparison to other ones we had in Vietnam, and the elevator is the slowest in all of Asia. The rooms are quite small and I didn't find the staff overly helpful. Wasn't bad but I think there is probably better...

There was a loud party in the room next to us and another down the hall, starting in the early a.m. hours on the first night of our three-night stay. The night staff were completely unable to deal with the situation but assured me that they would tell the manager when he arrived...in three hours time! The manager did move...

We were not in our rooms long here, so the rooms were comfortable enough for what we needed - a place to sleep essentially! The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The showers were fantastic. Breakfast was not great so maybe look elsewhere. The street was not great for alternate food options but the location is still good enough...

I had a good stay in the Queen Ann. My room was huge and gorgeous, with floor-to-ceiling windows (unfortunately this made it a little loud for street noise in the front of the building). The breakfast room is small as others have pointed out, but I was not there in a crowded time so had no issue. The breakfast buffet...

Three nights in this hotel. From the street I was looking forward to staying, after the first hour I was ready to check out. Staff were friendly and helpful but in our first room the sink was blocked, the TV didn't work and neither did the air con. There was no fuss and the staff moved us quickly. The next...

Stayed here at the end of our intrepid tour, the hotel is well located close to the park and backpackers district. Rooms are fairly comfy but overall it's a rather bland hotel with a frustrating slow lift but fine as a base for exploring the city.

Anyone who has tried to sleep in 30° heat and 80% humidity will know the importance of air conditioning. You cannot sleep comfortably without it. So no matter how well located, it was clear from having a quiet word with staff that air con has been broken for several weeks in this hotel. If this cannot be fixed, then I...
