I booked this hotel via Booking com for my visit in January. A few days later I received a letter from them asking that I cancelled my booking and find a new hotel - they said they were re-thinking their priorities. I quote - we are sorry to inform you that we have to cancel your stay at our Guesthouse....

Brilliant hotel in an excellent location. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The room was basic but very comfy and clean. Had a small issue with air conditioning but it was quickly sorted! The restaurant downstairs is delicious too! Would stay again.

The guesthouse is situated right in the center of HCMC and in the street you can find many bars and restaurants. There's also a very nice restaurant in the hotel itself, with delicious food and reasonable prices. Our room was quite simple, more hostel- than hotel-style, but everything was clean, so we were happy. There was a window with view...

Hi We stayed 3 nights here. Room was small and cozy for 2 people. Room was a little dated. For the price it was good. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. As we got to know the owners and staff, they were very friendly and helpful. So that itself made up for the small room. They helped booked tours...

The staff was really helpful and gave us a lot of tips. On our last day they even gave us the possibility to have a shower before we went to the airport in the evening altough we already had checked out. The food in the restaurant is delicious!

I stayed for 2 nights at the Amsterdam room in the royal saigon hotel. It's a big room for 23 euro per night with a beautiful balcony and a nice view over the Bui vien. The bed was comfortable, soft and cosy. Everything was clean. The room concludes a big wardrobe and an aircon as well as a fan. Also...

Dear fellows, visiting Vietnam should start and end with a stay in ROYAL SAIGON GUESTGOUSE on Bui Vien in district 1. Not only the area itself is vibrant and buzzing and therefore a perfect area to discover Ho Chi Minh City. The guesthouse is being runned by a German-Vietnamese cultured couple. Everyone is superfriendly, welcoming and helpful at any time....

We stayed 3 nights with my girlfriend in this small guesthouse and we felt very good right from the beginning. We had a double room that was ok, obviously no luxury but it was enough for us. The restaurant was really nice and we felt great downstairs eating and drinking very good food and smoothies. Staff was super friendly and...
