I booked for a night for two people for myself and my girlfriend before we left Saigon. I arrived earlier than my girlfriend who was working. No problems till she arrived and they subsequently refused to let her stay, in Vietnamese they essentially accused her of being a prostitute. The staff were aggressive and threatening so we paid for the...

Nice hotel, nothing special. In the backpackers area but not too loud at night which is good. It is down a little alley so may be hard to find unless you have its exact location on a map. there are quite a few flights of stairs and no lift so if you are on a high floor this may be...

Our room was very nice; comfortable bed, good wifi, clean, refrigerator, hot shower. Also offer free coffee and tea downstairs in the lobby area. On the morning of our checkout we were able to leave our bags with them...

We dont think the room had been cleaned before we arrived. The shower was little more than a dribble and the tubing on the shower head was too short to reach the holder so you couldn't shower properly. There were used towels in the bathroom and also the sink was falling off. There was no duvet cover on the duvet....
