I just read the review by DominikaDub. Wow! I'm surprised TripAdvisor published it. Read between the lines folks. She's a self serving individual that thinks her whims should be bowed to. I've stayed at Phan Anh Backpackers and found the rooms clean, the beds firm and not sagging or old. The air conditioners keep the room at a comfortable temperature...

Stayed 2 nights in a dorm room, friendly staff, (even allowed me to take a shower a few minutes before i jumped on the overnight bus to Cambodia). Hostel located in an alleyway near street market.as it is is an alleyway you don't get street noise. Clean rooms,I had a free beer both nights and was able to use the...

WHERE DO I START. They scammed us on Delta Mekong tour, by charging us 50% extra for not rescheduling enough in advance. Then they charged me 60 000 dong extra for washing my shoes in the washing machine because 'they're not clothes' even though they didn't state that's a requirement initially (as the skinny receptionist said), because apparently I can...

This hotel is run by a young and pleasent staff. The location is excellent - not far from Bui Vien, a market, and the bus station. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped with windows both at the room and at the shower (rather un-common in Vietnam's tube-houses). There is complementary beer bottle for Happy Hour.

Stayed here for 3 nights last month and really like the hostel. Its in a quiet alley but 5 min walk to all the hustle of Ho Chi Minh. Breakfast is ok, you are given a list and you choose what you want and its enough to start your day. Hostel have no common area, so either go out or...

It's nothing luxurious but it ticks all the boxes! Desk staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me use of their phone to organise a tour and even helping me arrange a moto taxi for 4am due to having an early flight and a distinct lack of funds (so a bus or taxi shuttle service were both unfeasible). Breakfast is run...

Stayed here for a week in a private room, which was very high standard. Probably the nicest private rooms I have stayed in a hostel. The staff is super friendly and always there to help or answer any questions. There is a lift, so you don't have drag your bags upstairs. Great Wifi which worked in the room. The breakfast...

Stayed in a double room with ensuite. Very clean and spacious. Staff in reception were always helpful. Free breakfast and free beer each evening. Not much different to long hostel (just next door), however slightly nicer room (but slightly more expensive)

The hostel itself is located down a little alleyway together with a few other hostels making it slightly more difficult to find if you're trying to locate it yourself without the help of a taxi driver or google maps. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful when it comes to booking busses and tours. Our private room was spacious...

All in all I've been here for 5 nights and I can totally recommend this place! I was in a 6-bed-dorm - really clean room and bathroom (cleaned every day) with a window and good lockers. The air conditioning worked good as well and was customizable by yourself. The balustrade of the top of my bed was really shaky but...
