My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights at Hello House. We were a bit disappointed the first night as coming straight from the airport we had to drag our suitcases up 5 levels as they have no lift and no one walked us to our room. Our room had no window (description on tripadvisor did not say so) therefore no...

Unbeatable location, nice breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff. However our room was very small and had no window. Also on one occasion we wanted to leave the property to go for a walk. Admittedly it was rather late at night but when we went downstairs the door was locked and we couldn't find a member of staff to let...

For me, there are several important features that make a hotel experience positive. 1. Cleanliness - Hello House in general and our room in particular was spotless. 2. Comfort - comfy bed, quiet room, everything we needed; breakfast was tasty and there were several choices. 3. Staff/Service - here's where Hello House excelled - in particular the reception manager Sara....

The location of the hotel is amazing. You're in the heart of the backpacker area, yet it's down an alley off the main road so it's nice and quiet. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast offers several options from traditional Vietnamese fare to bread and jam. I booked the deluxe room with a city view and...

Right in the backpacker area, clean & nice room! The staff here were amazing - one day my friend left her shoes outside and one of the girls put them in a locker for her. On the last day of our stay our room was on the 5th floor - which is a lot of stairs without an elevator, but...

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Note that there are a lot of stairs in the property. We were on the top floor and it was quite the climb, but worth it! Maybe request a lower room if the stairs put you off. They offer a free breakfast every morning and it's delicious and fresh, with about...

My partner and I stayed at Hello House for 4 nights. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The room had everything we needed, including new toothbrushes and toothpaste everyday. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning just right. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. Such value for your $$.

Having arrived at HCMC airport after a very long flight, we were glad we organised an airport pick-up with the hotel. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived and we were met by the hotel staff who helped us with our bags (and crossing the road -vietnamese style). We knew we has made a good decision staying here...

The Hello House is situated five minutes away from the backpacker area. The location is very, very quiet. Room was very big and well maintained. The staff was very helpful in showing us the location of the must-see places in Saigon, they were also very prompt in booking us a Cu Chi tour and bus ticket to Phnom Penh. I...

After a rocky start, walking through a dark alley in the pouring rain with a exhausted two year, we found the oasis that is Hello House. With very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean rooms and the most lovely staff we had a great stay. It was so great that we re-booked for our return stopover and after arriving way before check...
