I think we just got really unlucky with our stay here and wound up in a poor room. The location and facilities of the hotel are really very good, the bed was comfy and the room was clean and organised, a quick lick of paint wouldn't have gone a miss though! We were allotted room 120, and if you stay...

We stayed here for two weeks and I must say a fabulous hotel in a awesome location. The service is very professional and efficient. Breakfast has an extensive range. Our room was quiet, very clean and secure. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and the coffee was delicious! The hotel was also extremely central and a convenient walk to...

Beautiful big hotel in the best location. Right on the pedestrian street which is full of activity at night, and walking distance to most of the main attractions. Lovely big rooms and delicious breakfast with a good range of choice in the morning. Cafe on the side with a great menu and icey cold beer for the afternoon. Staff are...

This hotel is close to perfection and the staff very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet is nice but sometimes not hot enough. Pricing is great for a huge room. The General Manager was very pro-active. This is the second time I have stayed here. I got whacked by an elevator door the seems to really want to close too...

Both I and my partner checked into the Royal ..we stayed in room 103 . We was pleasantly surprised at the size and set up of the room. It was more like a suit .. Separate seating area , a writing desk . The bathroom had both bath and shower. The bed was comfortable and spacious . The view was...

I stayed at the Royal Hotel Saigon for 3 nights and had a great stay. Upon check in I was greeted with juice at the check in counter. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. The location is convenient, restaurants are everywhere and the walking street is right out...

This is a decent property and well priced. Do not expect any thing extravagant here. It's just functional and a business hotel. There is a Massage spa which is good enough to make you relax. 30 min. Free massage with Evey check in. But you loose the coupon you loose the chance, hotel has no policy for a reissue. Bathroom...

We booked this as recommended by my father. The staff were mostly warm and helpful. The rooms are super old and in some cases the bathrooms are tiny. We know this because we were moved to another room after we complained about the door on our original room not looking particularly secure. The beds are horrifically hard, so if you...
