Very friendly and helpful staff , when we arrived at the hotel (7 am) and the receptionist accepted me check in earlier than the checkin time and then giving us advice things to do in Sai gon , what good restaurants & bars , also recommend interesting tours for us. We have just finished a week seminar and it's time to chill-out! The participants chose one of their sister company hotel and to my surprise; nothing but excellent food and service. On top of it all we have games and sing-along! The hotel is located at famous chinatown and downtown too. lots of eateries and lots of happenings. Try this... More

I paid in full via expedia but fell sick so arrived late, to learn that the hotel had sold my room to another guest. They tried to ship me off to dodgy Dong Kinh hotel down the road. It took 2 hours of putting up with the dumbest customer service I have ever dealt with before they finally offered an... More

We arrived at the Hotel at midnight, and got greeted from a grumpy check in staff. We felt very uncomfortable and we couldn't believe it when we saw our room. It was completely run down, dark and dirty with huge stains in the curtains and the carpet was filthy too ,with big marks as if somebody emptied a content of a... More

So I didn't really know what I was expecting. The Hotel is nice from the outside but that's about it. I am giving it 2 star (instead of 1) because I should have known better. The prices are very cheap (by US standards) but it doesn't come with much. The A/C unit in our room was dripping and the beds... More

The hotel was good value for money. Staff provided good service. Try to request rooms that have already been refurbished as old rooms were very dark and dated. Families with old people and young kids might have problems with the bath tub as it was too high to get in and out . The shower head did not have enough... More

Tried to 'dine in' at the restaurant 3 times. First night, mixed up our orders. Second night, meals were cold. Third night, worst 'steak' I have ever encountered. Could not cut it!! Very poor English from staff. No one to complain to. (We were the only 2 people in said restaurant on each occasion)!! At checkin, tried to place us... More

We stayed here for a few nights at the start and at the end of our trip. The staff there are very helpful and very patient with any request that we had. Alvis was especially helpful and a very friendly fella at that. Although the hotel is a bit far from district 1 it's only a $4 taxi ride into... More

The biggest surprise which was offerred to me on the arrival, I have found my name as the Guest of the day written on a big Board close to the front Desk. Hotel is a bit far from City Center, but close also to other Restaurants and shopping Markets. The Restaurant is often used for Wedding receptions so it is... More

friendly staff, ok value for money. Asked for double but given twin. Breakfast not great. Room OK, bathroom had some dead bugs and was a bit run down. District 1 prob better area if just in saigon for a day or 2 as nearer transport, bars and places to eat. Cholon area worth exploring however.
