Not to be mistaken with the Adora Hotel right around the corner, Adora Art Hotel is a nice boutique hotel in District 1. Hotel is in good quality, is clean and offers a good breakfast spread. Location is great, hotel is in walking distance of many city attractions and restaurants

We stayed in a windowless room which was pretty quiet with the exception of music in the hallways. The rooftop pool and bar is a nice option to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Pool is small but refreshing after a busy day running around town.

This hotel is located in a top place : easy to get to all main Saigon attractions . Price wasn’t budget but wasn’t 5 star by Viet standards : my room was on the 6th floor it was well equipped & super clean ✅ and quiet. Breakfast was included in my accomodation price & it was good : not extensive but still good: they will cook eggs anyway you like. The staff are all super friendly especially the bell boys ( front door staff) they helped me with ordering my grab motorbike ride a few times & also made me aware of a lot of useful information about the surrounding area. This hotel has two outdoor areas : the pool & the rooftop bar . Unfortunately the rooftop bar wasn’t open but I believe it is opening mid December , I did go to the pool a few days to cool down but found the pool to be dirty but used the cool spa next to it as it was cleaner! The gym consists of a tiny room with 1 walker & 1 bike not worth a workout really & is really hot in the room . Overall this hotel if good ; just needs to address the pool issue!!!

We really enjoyed our time at the Adora Art Hotel.
Rooms are clean with a distinctive decor. It is a small hotel so the service is personal.
The location is excellent being an easy walk to most attractions including the market and the Street Food Market (a must for visitors) within a block.
It has a small rooftop pool and a bar on a mezzanine up from the pool. There could be a few more lounges around the pool as there were guests that couldn't be accommodated.
But on the whole this is a great little hotel. I'd go back!

Beautiful presentation. Artistic touches everywhere, including the elevator. A feast for the eyes. The porters /bell boys were the charming delight of this hotel and the housekeeping dept is to be congratulated for doing such amazing work making up our rooms each day. They make it a pleasure to come home.

They're could be some improvements to the rooms. I found the bed hot and we kept waking through the night. There is NO remote control for the aircon so temperature control was hard to achieve without turning all the lights on at 3am. Really poor oversight not to have a remote. You needed a torch to peer at the tiny panel beside your bed and try to figure out what to do to adjust temperature and fan strength.

Light controls are confusing. There are no washcloths. Pretty good shower though. Tiny Short Bathrobes might have been suitable for tiny Vietnamese folk but not westerners.

The buffet was terrific in variety of native food items and fresh juices. Really impressed with the buffet.

About 15 mins walk from the Saigon opera house but they could not help with tickets to the AO Show, which was surprising, since our hotel in Hoi An was able to help with booking tickets anpd favourable discounts.

Instead of the massage in house, check out Cici International Spa across the road.

Good location, disappointing stay. Everything looks beautiful at first until you look a bit closer. Upon check in, we found huge yellow and brown stains on our sheets in multiple places. I found that fairly shocking. Even the downright dirty hotels I've stayed at use bleach and have clean-looking sheets... When I talked to reception about this (after they didn't pick up the phone and later, when I arrived downstairs in person, being told to wait for a long conversation to finish), no apologies were offered and they simply told us that housekeeping wasn't around so we'd have to switch the sheets ourselves. It seemed like I was the issue in the staff member's mind, not the stains. A few minutes later, a different staff person came up to help us, with the new sheets. They DID apologize and were very helpful, replacing the sheets themselves.

Otherwise, the rooftop pool is beautiful and we enjoyed the shower. The breakfast is incredible, though this was our experience generally in Vietnam. Even so, it was hard to shake the experience with the sheets, especially because the first staff member had acted like this wasn't a problem. Further, when we ordered a drink at the bar, even though there was no one else there, it took 30 minutes for our two drinks to be prepared and while my husband had been told directly that he could pay with a card, when they arrived, we were told it had to be added to our bill. Bottom line: I'd look elsewhere.

The hotel is well-situated with walking access to attractions. We booked the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta tour from the hotel's options and had a great time. Breakfast is also ample and varied, but having breakfast at 7:30/8:00 am there seemed as though sitting space was at capacity (not the hotel's fault per se but just to keep in mind). The beds were comfortable and felt space was sufficient; we were in a triple room. The shower situation was a bit tricky as water seemed to spill on the sides and the mat we had was moldy. I think we were on the top floor so we didn't hear much noise (or it didn't affect us) even though we were facing the street, but on our last night were woken up by scratching/pitter-patter, which sounded like mice running either within the walls or somewhere around. We all slept in any case.

Marked it down to "Average" as when we were checking out to head to the airport, we were told one of the room's pillowcases were dirty and needed to pay for it. We were mainly out and about, showering before bed and after waking up, so that didn't sound accurate. This also wasn't noted to us ahead of time in the reservation or elsewhere (as some air bnb's typically warn you), and the front desk staff who informed us added the money to his pocket once we paid, so we left with a bad taste. I'd probably look up other properties around the area for a future stay.

If you squint this place is lovely. For the average couple, my recommendation? Don’t stay here. TLDR: keep looking

The lobby is beautiful but the staff lacks warmth in their greeting and may demand cash for your payment when you arrive at 11pm - so be prepared and have cash? After insisting we did not wish to visit an atm at that hour, the front desk staff was finally obliging to charge our Mastercard although he insisted we use a Visa card that we didn’t have. I understand language barriers can exist. We wanted to be charged in VND but after asking this he promptly forgot and began charging us in USD, which as Canadians, we love. But I admit I was likely tired and rather cross at this late hour.

The plumbing failed catastrophically but we didn’t complain about it as I was tired and wet and didn’t want to bother the working women and resentful staff. Let’s just say it was an indoor fountain I didn’t expect to have and that we managed to correct the issue before it damaged more than my pride and wet the curtains. Warning: The whole tub may be for decorative purposes only. Perhaps one too many viral videos have been shot in it.

The shower flooded the toilet in general and the sink never drained. The room was very smelly and musty. The walls were dirty and soiled. Mystery white fluids on the blinds in the bathroom. I left it down so housekeeping would see it but they didn’t notice. Everything is very well used and needs a refresh.

The patio seems nice at night but it is very dirty when you see it in the day. Just enjoy it at night.

The bed is your typical Vietnamese style and is very firm. Unfortunately the blankets are thinner than I’d prefer and as compared with other hotels we stayed in. The breakfast was ok. Nothing to write home about but slightly less satisfying than you wanted.

What else can I say? We did not try the pool.

More TLDR: I just think you can find much better at this price point. If they renovate and improve customer service in a few ways, and give a good washing and paint job, and air out the moldy smells- ok it needs a lot to improve it. I could likely recommend a few places nearby that will exceed value for price found here. Do shop around. Enjoy your visit to this wonderful city!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The walls are a bit thin, so noise does travel. Location is good for walkability, it's so close to shopping markets and a food market. (The downside is it can get noisy in the room)

AC unit in the room was great!!! We saw previous reviews and was concerned but we had no problems.

The breakfast that is included is a smaller selection compared to the others we stayed at, but the noodles and the selection of water and juices in their fridge was really good. It was also nice to see the fruit in the fridge so the flies aren't on them. There is also a small wet and dry sauna above the pool which is also really nice.

Nice location but customer service leaves a lot to be desired…especially for a hotel in this class. We arrived with family on 30 Dec planning for 5 night relaxing vacation…we were awaken very early in the morning due to construction works on the floor above…it practically felt as they were heavy drilling and hammering our ceiling….we asked politely the receptionist to either stop such works or to change our room….they had no other room but she promised that all works would complete by 11am….at 1pm I returned in the hotel to rest but the works were continuing uninterrupted til 3pm when I had to call and complain again….no serious response, no proactivity in advising / explaining, no care…very disappointing for a hotel that is considered high class

Convenient location in district one , decent breakfast spread - prices vary from reasonable to expensive. The rooms are comfortable and value for money. Ben Thnh market, Ben Ngee night market and the central post office, walking street all located in a 1 km radius. I give one star extra for its staff Ah San ( I hope I got the name right) - an extremely helpful gentleman who works in the day shift and makes a lot of difference in your stay. Thank you Ah San for making our stay pleasant
