A little tricky to find, as it's down an alley, and looks a bit dodgy from the outside. Single room is small, but tidy, good wifi and free breakfast make this a value stay. Nothing to wow you, but a good budget hotel. Beware, there is no elevator.

Stayed here for three nights before travelling to Hanoi. It's perfect location and the staff are really helpful with helping you book trips for a good price! Situated in the Backpackers district where there are lots of cheap restaurants and bars. 5 mins walk away from the market and street food market.

We were 4 people staying for couple of nights in the hotel. Convenient place though the rooms were tiny. There was no electricity and water in the morning, but no discount was offered...the staff even tried to trick us, as we were offered to pay 10$ each to get a ride to the bus station. Next morning we took a...

We didn't have a window and there were no alternatives to swap to. We were offered the next day but as we were only staying two nights it seemed a lot of hassle so kept the same room: We were downstairs leading onto the lobby so it made for a very bad night's sleep as every time someone rang the...

Rooms are not bad, just one morning there was no water and electricity. Breakfast are very poor. But the worst part was a reception. We asked to help us with bus tickets to go to Can Tho, the lady said that they can arrange tickets 10$ each and the bus will take us to the bus station and we will...

Booked from trip advisor after good reviews, first mistake was making sure the room has windows! Ours didn't. The lady at reception was really nice and switched us to a room with a balcony for a small upgrade fee. We were very thankful for that until we entered the room. It smelled very bad, musty and sewage smell. The bed...

Had 3 nights at Ngoc Minh Hotel in HCMC. The room is clean and just enough space. We stayed in the first floor so it was a little noise because of Halloween, but no big deal. We where actually offered to switch rooms. The breakfast area is really beautiful. It is at the roof terrace and has a lot of...

Ngoc Minh Hotel gave us everything we needed for our 3 night. They actually upgraded our room when the one we originally was book for wasn't cleaned yet. The rooms are up too standard, the bed was clean with white sheets. Some of the staff don't know to much English, but the main lady know enough and was really helpful....

I stayed here, it was a good place. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly, 2 of whom had a decent level of English. May not recommend it if your travelling solo as there wasn't a great social vibe between guests (I didn't really interact with any others) although it could have just been quite quiet, I only saw 2...
