Many 5 star hotels could take lessons from the wonderful hotel staff. The exceptional service begins as the doorman greets you at your taxi and the warm service continues throughout your stay. Special mention to the restaurant hostess Cherry that greeted us every morning and helped us plan our stay. The rooms were clean but could definitely use an update....

I stayed here for 5 nights and generally it was pretty good. The hotel is centrally located and has great bars and street food right outside the door. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was reasonably clean and quiet. The hotel will pick you up from the airport but the cost is more then double a taxi....

A nice hotel. Was there a total of 9 nights in 2 times. Arrived at around 10 PM so Bui Vien is really busy at that time. Check in was fast, 15 minutes later we were in our room, and we headed up to the View (rooftop bar) for a nightcap. The next morning breakfast which I found very good....

We stayed five nights in duc vuong. The staff was utterly friendly and helpfull. The room itself was not very big but perfect for a stay in this city. Everything is functional but could do with a little touch up. The rooftopbar was defanitly a highlight. The Hotel is located central, close to some local markets and benh thang market....

Place was good. It is located at a busy street where there is alot of bar, spa and restaurant. Basically it is near to the night life of hcmc. Stuff was friendly. But the room is kinda small and no window but it was good enough for me. Breakfast was quite limited. So do not expect too much from it....

The staff are wonderful. Their motto is "we are family" -- and they certainly treat you like it! Everything from opening the door, to carrying your luggage, to greeting you so happily every time you return... they're just great! The rooms are decent. For what you pay, it's an excellent deal. Shower is nice and roomy. Rooftop bar and restaurant...

Stayed here for one night. We got a windowless room on the first floor for $30. Hallway was very noisy with staff and guests most of the night. Furniture is a bit tired but the bed was comfy enough. Rooftop bar is large multilevel with plenty of seating. Nice atmosphere and great views.

The hotel is located on a busy street, with plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is great value for money and the staff are very friendly and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and tidy. The rooftop terrace bar is the crown in the jewel for the hotel, food and drink reasonably priced and tasty. Ho Chi...

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights recently. The room was smallish, and fairly clean. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of choices for all. The tour to the Mekong Delta was a disaster. It was a small group of us (8 or 9) we were picked up on time but the guide's english wasn't strong, and...

The hotel is located on the main backpacker/party street but a bit toward the quieter end. We were on the 6th floor with a room facing the side of the hotel. We had no noise issues. The room was larger than expected which was nice but there were some odd smells in the hall and our bathroom. We also had...
