The bad reviews are all true. Dirty, unfriendly. Breakfast cold and aged. The lifts only work half the time. The rooftop pool is ok but if you venture up in the morning be prepared to be confronted with staff folding sheets on the floor to the point you can't get out of the lift. The worst in Vietnam Location is good however.... I'm surprised of all the negative reviews that this hotel gets. I've stayed here a few times and think it's above average. You can't stay here, pay $25usd/night, and expect a frickin' Hilton or Westin folks. It's right by the beach, and I'm actually glad it's not closer or on the beachfront because all the hotels on Tran Phu are... More

This is the worst hotel we have ever been in Vietnam. We didn't aspect a 5 stars hotel of course, but we couldn't imagine something like that! The room had the window opened onto an HUGE WALL of the next building. The shower water didn't drain away so the bathroom floor just flooded. The floor was always COMPLETELY WET. We... More

Good location, close to beach and main food / market area. Would recommend paying the extra for the balcony and beach view - beautiful at night and during the day. Helpful receptionists who speak good English. Were able to check in on arrival at 9am. Decent sized rooms. Down side was the flooding shower but that seems to be a... More

We were a bit afraid after reading some of the reviews, but to our surprise, we had no big problem at all and even extended by one night. Staff helped us in a standard way, only sent us accidentally on another snorkeling trip than we bought.

Room was spacious but filled with wooden furnitures. Our door lock was almost falling off. Bed was comfortable, balcony view was amazing, day and night. bad plumbing system as you'd hear your toilet do some weird noise random times. Cable was all right. The room's food were old as I ate one of the chocolates and Pringles, that was a... More

I am sitting in the hotel restaurant on our second morning wishing we hadn't paid in advance for 4 nights. This is the worst service we have ever received! The reception staff are downright rude, the breakfast staff are just as bad. 8.30 am and everything has run out and they think it's funny! What is wrong with these people?... More
