Good Breakfast , good staff and very good location to many touristic place of Yerevan . it's so close to republic square , it has free WiFiand good reception girl too that does her best to help passengers .

My husband and I spent almost 2 weeks there in Dec 2018. The first thing I liked about this hotel was its location. It is near Republic square so you easily have access to shops, cafes, restaurants and historical places. The staff are kind and helpful. The receptionist knows English and she tries her best to help you. The breakfast is also good and they change menu almost every day. Two things that I could nag about is that our bed was not comfortable and cleaning ladies didn't care about bathroom floor once we asked them to clean it as well they did but other days it was the same. Our bathroom partition door also had a problem that remained the same until we left there. We asked but they were not able to fix it

We stayed in Yerevan for 5 days. Since the hotel was fully booked, we had to stay in their apartment which was just 300m away from the hotel. The hotel only serves breakfast (buffet) the restaurant in the hotel is under renovation. The staffs at the hotel were so helpful to us. The hotel is located at the heart of the city. It's just 0.3 km away from the Republic Square. There are many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in the neighbourhood.

Clean room and excellent service! Very nice breakfast buffet. Our room was on the 2nd floor so the shower pressure is slow. Quiet place to stay. Near main street going to republic square. I love the place

We stayed here for 3 nights and we booked for a triple room. we were just surprised to find 1 double bed so we requested for an extra bed (additional cost USD10/night). We enjoyed the breakfast, it was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room is good enough for the 3 of us, except for the bed. The location is excellent, its just 5 minutes walk from the republic square. the hotel is fairly new so they are currently doing some improvements on their services.

We stayed for 5 days, we had a family room which is nice and the best thing is the location of this place, perfect location! But this place is more a hostel than a hotel It only has one shower and bath for each floor which is very bad! The bathroom was very untidy most of times and i asked the reception to tell someone to clean it each time There were no trash been and toilet paper and liquid hadwash The staff were helpful but only 2 of them knew english The break fast was not much, some sweets and tea

Everything was excellent. Good hotel, clean and cozy room, good location in the city centre, 20 minutes from the airport. Very satisfied by our visit. Good room, good prices and quality! For who would like to have a nice stay in a modern Yerevan!
