Since this is less than an hour drive from Yerevan, my wife and I decided to go there for the weekend to celebrate our one year anniversary. Everything was very clean and there is table tennis, billiards, tennis, swimming on the property. View from the room and balcony is terrific. After we arrived, we decided to stop by the restaurant... Great view, comfortable accomodation, might be an issue for people with walking disablities since there is a rather steep climb to building 3 and higher. Another minus is that there was nothing to eat or drink in our room. Room service from 3000 drams with 20% aditional fee. Spa and restaurant were great.

We spent two wonderful weeks at this enchanting paradise and I must say we had the most delightful stay ever! Hospitality was amazing! Delicious meals, room with vaulted ceiling, very spacious, with stunning views from our balcony. Location is simply fabulous! All our requests were fulfilled with utmost attention to details. Kudos to our wonderful hosts Vahagn and Siranuysh Kaytsakyan!... More

I stayed in the resort for a week for seminar. It\s a lovely mountain resort, managed by a family. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are very comfortable. The cook is amazing, and the food is to die for - all fresh, tasty and plentiful. Nothing was too much for Vagen, the manager. He looked after us like we... More

I like this place very much. Food is good, rooms are large and comfortable. Prices are pretty high. There is a large swimming pool, kids playroom, nice restaurant. So I recommend to go there with family or friends.

We spent six nights here over the new year holiday. Our first two days were quiet and we enjoyed the scenery and walks. Then new year arrived with lots of snow and people. The hotel was full with some fifty children and one hundred and twenty plus adults. Vahag, Siranush and their family with all the staff organised the most... More

PROS: * Affordable price. * Quiet surroundings, at very end of dead-end road. * Polite staff. * Nice architecture (a rarity in Armenia). * Clean air. * Nice places to walk around the property. * Refreshing common-spaces. * Not particularly smoky (compared to other hotels in Armenia). * Easily accessed from Yerevan or Sevan. * Fast WiFi with many, many... We stayed in this hotel in april and the weather was still cold, we could see snow and spring at the same time:). The Indoor swimming pool was great with perfect view from all the sides. Food was very good. Rooms were very clean, but the only inconvenient thing was that we had to walk all around the hotel to... More

Great location, surrounded by mountains and forests. Autumn colors are wonderful. The territory is nice, with pools, playground and tennis/football field. Food is good, service is indifferent. Recommended stay is 2-3 days.
