The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to, easy to direct people to and in the heart of Dhamondi. To start with the pick up at the airport was an absolute nightmare - we waited there and 40 minutes and 4 calls later, we eventually met the driver. The rooms are large and clean, but have an...

The hotel is right in the heart of the Dhanmondi district. If that is where you need to be, that would be the only reason to chose this hotel. It is incredibly noisy (not in the least because of the building work next door) but also because half of the staff seems to live in the corridors. The room that...

Not that cheap but situated OK and friendly/helpful desk clerks and room service except for a night one (Shahidul) who ripped me off for a taxi and further lied when confronted about a change in price. The hotel manager seemed to notice and other desk clerks reported it had happened before so I am inclined to blame the person more...
