Please note that we are going through changes to improve from top to bottom service and to better serve our guest. We apologize that during these changes that you have a bad experience, which tell us that we will need to work harder. Lastly, please note that by law all employees are entire to a mandatory 3days off to go to vote (note that our election voting must be in person and at the province where you are register hence, this is why by law all employees get 3days off during election). However, due to the dedication of our team, we manage to stay open to serve our honor guest, of course it has it drawback, shortage of resource.
