I booked this hotel with Agoda in early Sept 2016 for a stay in Jan, 2017 with payment in late Dec from my Credit card. They debited my card the same day without my permission. I cancelled the reservation as it was not as I had agreed on. As of today they have not refunded my money, it is a... More

Mysteres & Mekong provided a pleasant stay in a convenient location in Phnom Penh. Rooms were large and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were the only guests (taking up three of the 18 rooms available). Breakfast was decent, made to order. Jean Luc, the owner, greeted us warmly on arrival.

Stayed here two nights in april. We had a lovely room in the building on the right side, with a nice terrace with pillars. The hotel is in an old french colonial villa from the 30ies - amazing atmosphere. Though we stayed during a heat wave they managed to have a cool pool - very refreshing. Lush tropical garden, in... Well located near the National museum and Palace. Clean rooms.Nice staff. Cold drinks. The breakfast are good too. And, I think, the best coffee I ever drank. Downside: the bathroom door is a slider, a really noisy slider.

We stayed here twice during our Cambodian trip, for 3 nights at the beginning, and 1 night at the end. This is lovely, charming place to stay, a refreshing hide away after the city madness. John Luc is the quintessential host - lovely, charming, dapper, full of knowledge and helpful beyond expectation. He booked us a dinner cruise for our... More

The place is lovely and charming. Nothing fancy but it is calm and the garden with the pool is lovely to relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast by the pool was a nice start of the day. It is close to the palace and most of the touristy places. The staff are friendly and helpful, so is the manager... More

I arrived with my wife, after booking thru agoda. I had my passport, credit card etc but they would not honour the booking as she did not have her id with her. This was quite late at night, and this has never happened to us in a Cambodian hotel. We had to send my wife back to our house to... More

This place isn't perfect but it's just what you need in the middle of sweaty Phnom Penh! The pool and seating is lovely. Breakfast was included in our deal and I don't know why people have complained. It was fresh, tasty and just enough. Would highly recommend

Stayed here for two nights prior to flying home. I loved it here. Central location within easy walking distance of the Royal Palace, National Museum and the water front. I cannot fault the hotel. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There's a pool with shady seating for chilling reading etc. My room rate included breakfast... More
