We had a great time at this guesthouse. Tastefully decorated, clean, lovely garden and a good vibe. Our experience was all positive and the location was perfect. As you read the other recent reviews keep in mind that it's three reviews from the same incident (surely one would have been enough?). Thanks Alibi for a nice stay.

It is over a week now since my return from an amazing holiday touring Cambodia. All my reviews are written after some reflection. My 2 travel companions, my husband and my sister, have already written reviews about the Alibi, to which,Christian, the owner, has replied and I know he is anticipating this 3rd review. So I would like to confirm...

On arrival after a long journey , my party including my recently widowed sister attempted to check into this guesthouse, we were immediately treated with disdain in front of other guests by the receptionist shouting 'you need confirmation. ' , I showed her the paperwork confirming our rooms for three days she first denied we had confirmation until I showed...

I am Christian the owner of the Guesthouse and i am back again because everyone should know that this review and the previous review from Louise B are concerning the same case.It is not 2 different cases.I check the guidelines of Tripadvisor and they allow all the guests involved in a reservation issue to put separate reviews. It seems that Tripadvisor...

I loved this city! But, it was very nice to have Alibi to retreat to when we wanted some cool quiet, a place to get a good night's sleep. We booked Alibi months ago, and asked for a quiet twin room ... and that's exactly what we got. Before this stop, we were seeing the temples in Siem Reap, where...

We had two confirmed rooms. On arrival the receptionist was very dismissive in manner. We showed her our confirmation but this had little effect. We weren't even offered a drink. What a sham. This was a treat celebrating my 3rd wedding anniversary and I was widowed a year ago. The manager was contacted at our request but this made no...

In a very convenient location to walk to all major sight seeing spots. The garden courtyard area is a welcome start and end of the day spot. Convenience of airport tuktuk pick up available. Mine was waiting with a clear sign. Very nice staff. Comfortable room.

This hotel seems to be good value. I was in a room at the top floor so great view and quiet, especially considering it is so close to the center. Has good access to WIFI which previous people had mentioned as a problem in the higher rooms, but i think they have two you can log in to now. Staff...

The Alibi is in a beautiful French colonial house with polished wooden floors and spotlessly clean. It is situated down a quiet street. It is close to good restaurants, massage, riverfront and Grand Palace. The breakfast is standard, but good and served in a lovely garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My airport pickup was on time and the guesthouse kindly stored my bag until check in. We had a triple room which was very spacious and restful and had a fridge, secure storage box and even a small balcony. The house is elegant and breakfast or drinks in the garden were very pleasant. It is located down a quiet alley...
