I can't say enough good things about this place. French colonial style with tile floors everywhere; most guests are encouraged to leave shoes/sandals at the top of the stairs in order not to tramp dirt or dust throughout, which I found to be a nice and practical touch. Our room was relatively simple but spacious, charming, very clean and comfortable....

This is our second visit to Cambodia and our second stay at this delightful guest house. The balcony is just my favourite place to sit with a G&T in the afternoon and for breakfast in the morning. There are three courtyard rooms which are large and comfortable with lovely decor. This time we stayed at the back of the guesthouse...

We stayed here for two nights and were the only guests. Our room was beautiful and the staff so helpful with tourism advice and organisation. the restaurant and bar were great so such a big range of veggie and vegan food. I would recommend to stay here for sure.

My two boys (10 & 11) and I had five wonderful nights at The Terrace on 95. It was the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Phnom Penh streets as we lounged around reading and playing games on the couches. Our host Vuthy, was fantastic. He helped us to plan out our days and...

Positive: attentive staffs and very accommodating. Good size room. Bar with nice drink. 5 minutes walking distance to Toul Sleng genocide museum and 10 minutes on tuk-tuk to Russian market where you can get plenty of souvenir and street food. Nice overall environment and atmosphere with a French colonial style villa. Negative: facility can be a bit cleaner.

After travelling around Cambodia for almost 3 weeks we enjoyed our last few days in Phnom Penh. The room as well as the restaurant was nice and tasteful furnished. Our room was fairly big which was nice and outside the room you could sit on a patio. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The staff was so friendly...

My wife and I booked for two days and extended to three and glad we did. We had one of the wooden rooms which was very charming. We walked to the sights during the days and took the "Pink Cadillac"of tuk tuks at night. The hotel arranged for him to pick us up when we arrived from Phnom Penh and...

Many thanks davidowen876 for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and dined in often. Even though The Terrace is tucked away from the increasingly bustling nightlife of Phnom Penh we are lucky to be home to K'nyay Restaurant. We are pleased too that you managed to avoid the disturbance from the construction down the road. We...

This is a lovely guesthouse but any ambience is overshadowed by the surrounding construction and its proximity to Martini's nightclub. I opted for this place after a hectic month in HCMC. My first night I slept half of the night on the day bed which was at the other end of the room I was given. Martini's is a problem...

Dear Kate, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at The Terrace on 95. You certainly got a double whammy with construction and Martini Bar and we are very sorry that these impacted so badly on your stay. You were unluckily in room 7 upstairs which has many wooden windows that do little to block out the...

My husband and I stayed in the hotel for two days. The old French Style building is situated near S21 museum (few minutes walk only) and is next to Flick Community Theater. Though it takes ten odd minutes to go to the town by Tuk Tuk, the area is quiet and you don't often meet tourists around. The hotel is...

Dear JadePiano, Thanks so much for your review and we are really happy that you enjoyed your stay so much. We are pleased that you appreciated the homey feel of the Terrace as that is what we aim for. Phnom Penh is a small town really and big hotels or modern concrete villas just don't seem to be as authentic...
