We stayed in room 209 for 2 nights and really liked this hotel. Near to many sites and short walk to the river. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and mañy shops. Our room was bright and spacious and well equipped with a decent Wi-Fi signal. The pool area is pleasant and a

I booked the 2nd floor double room. Which on hindsight was a good choice as I think you are quite likely to get mosquitoes on the ground floor units since I could barely sit near the patios of those units by the pool without getting attacked by mozzies. Room is very clean. Floor

This hotel was selected by my work colleague due to proximity to business meetings we would have nearby. The room was dark and not very well maintained. The tile flooring in the room gave a very "2-star" first impression. Internet was very slow to connect. Towels felt old.

Unfortunately this is not a question for me. I was a guest who arrived from within the country [Chau Doc]. A direct contact with the hotel should give you the answer.

As for self service laundry, I'm not sure. I can tell you that the hotel does offer laundry service with about a 24 hour turn around which was reasonably priced. I had them do some laundry for me. As for the pool, I can only estimate. From what I recall, it was about the size of your average home/backyard pool, so perhaps 30 or 40 feet. It was quite nice, that much I can say. Don't recall if there was a gym, since I didn't look.
