Stayed at this hotel for two nights , slightly disappointed on entry as the hotel really seems just a side line to the restaurant and reception is dark and rather run down. However , the room was huge and seemed comfortable with good views over the city. On close inspection

Dear Valued Guest, Thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us and for pointing out the issues you met during your stay. Regarding the rat situation at the restaurant, we are deeply embarrassed and would like to apologie for this issue. We indeed saw it the day before your stayed and that's why you've seen the traps. Since then it has been caught but this is an uncomfortable case for both our guests and us, i can assure you. Unfortunately, being located in the vicinity of a popular market and street food vendors may cause this kind of problems that we are tackling seriously with our teams and pest control service provider. Same goes for the cockroach in the room. We never got report of cockroaches in the rooms but we have decided to intensify the visits of the pest control services to prevent this problem to happen again. Regarding your other comments, we are glad you appreciated the spaciousness of our rooms and for your information, after 16 years of operations, we are going to conduct some upgrading of our rooms, lobby/reception area in a few months time. This is going to refresh the overall look of our property. Thanks again and we hope you may consider giving us a second chance to enjoy a stay at the Amanjaya Pancam Hotel may you visit Phnom Penh in the future. Best regards,

We stayed at this hotel at the end of our tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. During our tour we stayed in several high end corporate hotels with every facility you could wish for but it is this hotel which will remember. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the panoramic suite

We stayed her for three nights when we first arrived in Phnom Penh. Rooms were huge. Staff were friendly. Coffee in the morning was also nice - flat whites etc. The roof top bar was great - always lots of people with good atmosphere. Good location - can get a tuk tuk across the

Hello AliceJanek, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are delighted you have enjoyed the hotel and the surrounding facilities. We hope to meet you again soon...and this time we will provide you a room on a lower level. The rooftop bar is usually a pretty soft-energy lounge for people to relax and enjoy the view; but sometimes we host special events that can easily bring more vibes and vigor to the upper floors, we apologize for the inconvenience. From the whole team, thank you again

Dear Tessa, Thanks for taking the time to write a review on your stay with us. We are glad that you enjoyed your experience with us and especially that the rooms were to your liking. A really beautiful and tasteful hotel. The room we had is very spacious, the bathroom is absolutely beautiful. Everything is clean, fresh, and has a tasteful colonial style to it. The restaurant offers a 3-course Khmer menu, which is just fantastic. The staff in the restaurant

Dear Mich, Thank you for taking the time to review our property and to share your comments about your stay at the Amanjaya Pancam Hotel. We are so grateful that you enjoyed our hotel features, spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. And your kind words about our staff members are much appreciated and an encouragement for us all to go on working hard to guarantee an excellent experience to all our guests. Now regarding the massage services : we have been cooperating with a SPA that is highly ranked here in Phnom Penh for their professionalism and quality. So we are disappointed that it was not up to your expectations this time. We've checked with them who were their staff members on the day you receive the massage and I can tell you that the masseuses were older than 25 years old. As part of our commitment to Child Safe program, we never accept underage persons to perform any service within our premises. We also shared your concern about the time and the change issue to them to prevent this to happen again. Please note that you could have reported this directly to our reception team. And we would have been more than happy to help you get any form of compensation. Overall, we are happy you had a good stay with us and we are looking to welcoming you again in the future. Best regards,

Lots of companies do tours. You can walk to the former from the hotel. Or get a taxi. It’s very easy to visit the Killing Fields. The hotel can arrange.

I've stayed at Amanjaya, and I believe that their rooms are non-smoking. I believe they allow smoking on their balconies though - not sure as I am a ex-smoker. Good luck! Just so you know - cigarettes are really cheap there, like $1 a pack for Marlboro. Or they used to be 3-4 years ago.

Hi, yes there is indeed 1 junior room available with twin beds - please ask directly the reservation service for room availability (Address in the website). The room is quite spacious and the hotel is ideally located right in the heart of the touristic area.
