I have spent 3 days at this great hotel with my collegues. During our accomodation we received excellent service. It would be a perfect choice for those who travel for business and pleasure to Kazakhistan.

During the whole week of our stay at Ramada hotel Astana I and other representatives of our group had received an excellent service with a high standards. I was really impressed with a promt fulfillment of all demands by banqueting staff and IT guys (we held a conferance there). Among all other countries travelled to only in this city we...

Outdated rooms, with a smoke smell in nonsmoking area. I was registered with the wrong name and the concierge spent 15 min to identify my personality, and finally declared that my booking was not confirmed. The swimming pool was good, if not empty. The showers with broken taps. The buffet was ok.

I have arrived the hotel in early morning - international flights come to Astana very early. Check-in was swift. I got a large room, bed was prepared for few hours rest. Nice start. I entered the bathroom to take a shower after 9 hours trip. The bath cover fell down on the floor - it was GLUED and not properly...

Having stayed in several hotels in Astana and Almaty I would say that the Ramada is fairly standard - basic decoration, cold-looking, sparse rooms with no real feeling of 'luxury' despite the price tag. However the staff speak good English and are helpful, you can get taxis fairly easily, and it was a very quiet and restful stay. I would...

Although I had a confirmed booking with my travel agent with a reference number I was not in the system and the room was not reserved. I was put in...

So it's quiet here, all you need to spend a good evening after a working day. Stuff is rather young, but i found them very helpful - even if...

The staff are plesent and can speek English, it is clean peacefull and friendly. It is expencive with a standard room costing $349us per night (you can get it for $200 if...

Nice, clean room, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Fast and free Internet. Situated on one of main streets of the old quarter. However, my room was very quiet, and the hotel is not far from the business part of the city. Well equipped minibar. Very rich and tasty breakfast. Did not like food in the lobby bar. The hotel...
