Returned to Laos after 41 years. Lots have changed in the city for the good. Best food in town. Great hotel. Sparkles. Traditional Lao decor. Beef burgendopf rice bowl was exceptional. It comes to you highly recommended.

USD8.00 per hotel car (up to 3 persons, I believe) on both directions. No worry to use them. Even you take taxi it costs USD7.00 one way. However if you take taxi from the airport, there is a desk to order taxi and prepay at the arrival lobby just before exit the terminal. A driver will escort you to the his taxi.
