The lower floors seem to be occupied by long-stay residents so you invariably be posted on the top floor. Sheets not clean upon check-in, room only serviced once for 3 night stay. No fridge, hot water, not even any glasses in the room. Plenty of other places to stay in this location. Don't book ahead and ask to see the...

Stayed two nights on a visa run from Thailand. Great location can walk or bike to most attractions. Advise to see the rooms. First one shown to me on 3rd flr. was good enough. Size of room was bigger compared to others places I saw earlier. Double bed semi-comfy, dining table, dresser, fridge, wifi in room decent speed, cable w/English...

Stayed one night. Apart from bedlinen not being clean and ni hot water in shower, it was impossible to sleep due to something wrong with waterpipes. When people in other room used water it made noise in the rooms next door. Totally impossible to sleep. We changed to another hotel and spent same money there for better room. ( 150...

We arrived at Vientiane from 4-hour bike ride, searched and found this guest house, and agreed to stay here by merely looking at the photo pasted at the wall of the guest house. We got a room at the third floor. Once entered the room, there was smell (seemed like the room has been unoccupied for some time) and I...

This is my default hotel for Vientiane, mostly because of its location. The rooms are decent but vary a lot so ask them to show you a few before you settle on one. It's nothing to write home about but is a good, relatively cheap option in a great location.

The rooms are clean with nice white linen, towels, AC and cable tv. You also get a kettle with instant coffee, and fresh water in the fridge. The staff is friendly. Location is perfect. If you have a bit more money to spend in a room and dont want to stay n a dorm or a rabbit box I would...

There was a knife that was filthy and made us wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room, we saw other signs of filth. Such as mold in the fridge and dirt on cup plate. Beds are comfortable. The wood floors and furniture are nice. Good lighting. No windows. Good location. Might stay elsewhere next time.

I took a double room without window for 100,000 per night. I checked around the area for similar prices but almost all were way above this price. It's well maintained, good WiFi, and clean. The location is very central and you can easily walk to most areas of town. I would recommend if you are on a budget, but make...

We got a room on the third floor without any windows. We didn't care as long as we could have a good sleep and a hot shower. The shower is probably the best one that I've had in 1 month, and the bed is soft in comparison to other beds I've had. It was a little warm in our room,...

This guesthouse is situated in a quiet street, just a few blocks away from the mainstreet. Prices are ok, compared with other guesthouses in the capital. Rooms are a bit dark, really noisy when you have people in the room above or besides you. Shower is working good, as well as the wifi. Good price/quality.
