Great location friendly staff and a clean and tidy room.
I was always greeted by friendly helpful staff each day
The rooms are safe in a relatively quiet location but close to the centre of the City. If you are here on business or pleasure a simple fuss free stay be it business or pleasure. If I have the good fortune to come back I will stay here again and certainly recommend it

The hotel is located in a decently quiet area but yet pretty close to the main square. The staff at the hotel are helpful and will be able to help with directions, etc. Wifi is pretty strong. Spread of the breakfast though not a lot is pretty decent. The room though small is enough for a solo traveller. It is also clean and value for money.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the main square. My room was small but adequate with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water and clean towels. The temperature is hot as it's very cold in February but I needed to open the window occasionally as it can get stuffy. There's a choice of local or western type breakfast which is OK. Nothing special but adequate. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and speak good English which is important as Mongolian is very difficult to learn. A very good central hotel and well recommended.

The hotel is conveniently situated just a couple hundred meters from the main square. The managers are helpful, I could call them in the night to make changes in reservation. All staff speak English. It's a stone's through to the shopping malls, museums, banks. I recommend a book store just around the corner, it has books in English and translations in Mongolian.

The hotel has a terrific location, three minutes from the central square. The room was clean and very comfortable.(Included) breakfast was good. The price is very reasonable. I also stayed at the Best Western Tuushin which is a more luxurious hotel but a significantly greater cost.

This is a brand new property in the heart of Ulan Bator, very close to the main Ghengis Khan square and a great jumping off point for everything the city has to offer. Several of the main sites are within walking distance and all can be reached by bus or taxi. It's exceptionally clean, with new bedding, towels with good room amenities and international TV offering many channels in non-Asian and English language. Breakfast is plentiful and geared entirely to the international audience, with many options. Staff are friendly and offer tips and advice and will do everything they can if small things are missed and are definitely welcoming. It's a very modern property with excellent free wifi. For the rates offered, the property is excellent value.

However... the entrance to the hotel is completely open to the street. At some points during the day, a member of staff is positioned at the door in the lobby, but they do nothing other than smile at everyone who enters. The elevator is open to anyone and goes directly to the rooms. You can also just walk up the stairs. Reception and check in etc is on the third floor, but you can ride the elevator or walk up to any of the floors, bypassing reception altogether. There are no spy holes in the room doors, so be very wary of anyone knocking on your door and you may want to try and check the corridor as you leave your room as simply anyone could be waiting. NOTHING HAPPENED during my stay, but it is a potential disaster waiting to happen, particularly as several tourists were murdered in other parts of Mongolia during my visit. The hotel really needs to rethink the free access granted to the property. At night, there is no staff even at the entrance at all.

Just a small walk (approx 3-5mins) to chinghis klan square. Very nice, clean and small business hotel. Staff are able to speak English and very helpful. Nothing to complain about the hotel.

However, on the day to the train station, the staff did not relay the destination to the taxi driver. Most taxi drivers can't speak and understand English. I repeatedly asked them if the taxi driver was aware of our destination and was assured. The taxi driver drove us to the airport instead of the train station! We nearly missed our train by 10seconds. We are lucky to be able to board the train as the train doors are already closed by the time we made it there. A ride which costs 5000mnt, ended up costing us 40000mnt. No time to argue about the fare since priority is to get to the train.

Really disappointed on this part. Otherwise, this is a really nice hotel.

Nice clean comfortable room - Great TV most programs are in English 'Bonus'
Awesome shower after a couple of days on the train so looked forward to a nice warm shower and did not expect such a level of comfort - It was the middle of a mongolian winter so along with the shower the room was also heated pillows were soft and slept like a baby.

It is 3 mins walk from Sukhbaatar/Chinggis Kan Square. There are atleast 3 Museums within 15 mins walk radiance.

If your back is facing hotel, on the left side you can walk 1 minute until you reach the junction then turn right you will see a convenient store - K Circle, behind the bus stop. Alot of youngsters hang out there bcos there's a school or university nearby. Cup noodles, Onigiri, Sandwiches, also sharWama chicken /hotdog sets MNT4-5k, coffee to go MNT3k.

On the right side of the hotel if your back facing the hotel, there are 2 restaurants', Nomad restaurant (attached to hotel building) and Black Burger restaurant. Opposite the road there is a Modern Art Mogolia Museum entry MNT2k, less than USD1.00. A small lane just opposite the hotel will lead you to parking bay and then u see a supermarket called Orgil Supermarket.

After Black Burger further down on the right, u see Tushin Tower also Best Western Hotel. The next to hotel is Galleria ulaanbaatar with anchor operator Goya Cashmere. Behind Cashmere store there is Caffe Bene, KFC, Pizza Hut and Nagomi - 1st floor up inside KFC.

Next is Sukhbaatar/Chinggis Square and Opera Ballet Theatre. Further down you see UB Bank and next to UB Bank is the National Museum, a must see.

The entry to the hotel is a small corner at right side if you are facing the hotel. There are 6 floors. Reception at 3rd floor. At Groundfloor , the hotel staff will guide you up.

Airport to this hotel is about USD20.
