Arrived to the hotel about 5am and was warmly welcomed by the doorman and front-desk. My room was comfortable and clean. It took a few minutes to get used to the toilet and shower being separated by glass, just a personal thang. Breakfast buffet was really well put together. Service by the entire staff was very pleasant and friendly. The...

A great hotel close to restaurants, and 20 minutes walk to Rudaki park. Rooms were comfortable, friendly staff and good buffet breakfast, we enjoyed sitting outside in the lovely gardens. I can also recommend the rooftop pool overlooking Dushanbe, nice to have a swim and able to order drinks and snacks after a days sightseeing.

We're expats living in Dushanbe and wanted to spend our 10-year anniversary somewhere fancy. We went with the Serena over the Hyatt and Sheraton and are glad we did. On the same level as the Sheraton and Hyatt, Serena Hotel does a better job incorporating local art, design, and cuisine. It has much larger windows and is more centrally located...

Excellent hotel and service starting from the front counter to room service. Room was great, clean, sheets were clean the bed was great too. My room faced the garden at the back, loved it. The food was delicious.

On busy Rudaki Street but quiet in the rooms and no sounds from other rooms. Clean, beds comfortable, bottle water supplied daily. Long stay so 1st floor restaurant being just average begins to wear; fresh fruit a real plus. 8th Floor dining restaurant better but expensive. Closer to center of town than 2 other big name internationals.

The hotel is perfect in every way possible, excellent staff, wonderful food, marvelous location. From ghe time you enter its premises the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Fully satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Absolutely great staff, very polite and helpful. Breakfast better than usual in the country, varying options. Room was clean, good sized and nicely decorated. Nice small touches, such as quote notes left on the pillow. Location ok. Would definitely come again.
