I stay for 3 night in this hotel with my family. Great place. The staff was very friendly and make you fell like home. Clean room and rich breakfast. Near tramway station and historical places. I suggest this hotel.

The location of this hotel was great. Very close to the park and also the tram station. The Marmaray station was around the corner, only 1 stop to get to the Asia side. 10-15 min walk to Aya Sofya and Blue Mosque. Dominoes pizza 2 min walk, Burger King 6 min walk. Hafiz Mustafa 5 min walk. Breakfast was good with a good variety including scrambled egg, boiled eggs, soup, pastries, cakes, breads, fruit, and cereals. They also had tea and coffee (no english breakfast tea - good thing I took my own tea bags). The juices were very dilute. The team during breakfast did a good job to keep the tables clean and topping up anything running low. Most staff members were helpful and friendly. Especially Gokaan during breakfast. A big thank you to him. I booked 5 rooms 5 months in advance. 1 x Family room, 2 x Twin rooms, 1 x Double room and 1 x Triple room. I requested for the 2 x Twin rooms to be interconnected, and for the double and triple room to be interconnected. I was advised that my request has been noted and they will do their best. I also double checked with them for interconnecting rooms closer to the time, and again was advised that it has been noted and they will do their best. I turned up at the hotel only to be given rooms on 3 separate floors, non of which were interconnecting. We were told that they didn’t have any interconnecting rooms available, or even all rooms on the same floor. Furthermore, the guy who checked us in was a little too pushy to sell us a tour (you can book this with a good agent for a lot less). We had no choice but to accept the rooms given. Afterwards, we came to realise that the hotel doesn’t even have any interconnecting rooms. I would’ve booked a different hotel if I had known this previously. The family room was of a decent size with 1x double bed and 2x single beds. Good sized shower room. Also had a balcony (not really a balcony, its just a door that opens with a metal fence next to it - theres no standing room). The double room was very small and not much walking space around the bed. The twin rooms and triple rooms were of good size. A couple of mattresses were sunk in from one side which was uncomfortable. Air con worked well in most rooms. But there was a strong sewage smell (worse in some rooms) at times which we did complain about but nothing was done. We requested a room change and was told that the manager will contact us in an hour (this didn’t happen). Shower pressure was good in all rooms. There was not enough lighting in 1 of the twin rooms. Bulbs had been removed or were not working. Also the main door could not be locked from the inside as it was broken. We were told that it would be fixed but it wasn’t. Although the housekeeping staff were friendly, their service was not consistent. Sometimes the towels had stains on them and some were very thin like a cloth. The bedding was also very thin and cheap looking. On a couple of occasions, there were no towels or toilet paper left after the rooms had been cleaned. The triple room was not even cleaned on 3 occasions. I was surprised that they only give 2x small bottles of water complimentary on the first day. Daily complimentary water would have been nice especially considering it only costs 5TL for a bottle from the shops. I asked the reception staff to find out where the gym was. He gave me directions and told me to go down the stairs. I went there but the door was locked. I came back up and he says that its not working today. Why couldn’t he have just told me that instead of making me go down! The gym is very small. They make it look bigger in the photo. Both cycling machines were not working, only the one treadmill they had worked. The rest of the equipment was in bad condition or not working. To sum up, I would say that this hotel is good for a short break (up to 5 days) in the Sultanahmet area. I would rate it as 3 star. But this area is very very busy with a lot of traffic. Its better to use trams where possible instead of taxis. Sometimes its better to take a tram out of the area and get a taxi from there.

An absolute dump. A bed with no top sheet and scratchy blanket. Pillows so old and lumpy you wonder where they've been. Bloody snot on the bathroom wall Very sub-par breakfast spread (for Turkey, if you've never had a breakfast buffet in Istanbul you'll probably be satisfied but very poor!) Told the staff about the bed issues and asked they probably make it up with newer sheets - 2 of them! And pillows with no satisfaction. Mattress terribly uncomfortable. Ended up leaving at my cost after 2 nights out of 5 because it was wrecking my holiday! Seriously. That bad. Istanbul has great hotels at this price point. This is way, way bad. Gym consist of broken 50 yr old stationary bike and broken weight machine! In airless room of course. Literally moved to a place 4 mins walk away that was 5x better as is expected in Istanbul. BTW, those linens where so bad I went to the linen market and bought my own to make it better but still couldn't overcome that crap mattress. The name has spa and park in it. Lol. My view a construction site but they can't control that - misleading

We visited recently for a city break. This hotel was booked based on location, and the location cannot be faulted at all. Two tram stops r within 5 min walking distance either side. That was very convenient. But that was about the only good thing about it. We checked in, and we were provided with one room key. There were 2 of us. I requested a second key but I was told this is not possible. Only one room key per room. First hotel I’ve ever stayed in refusing to give a second key? We were advised we get complimentary bottled water for 1 day only (2 bottles) and the remainder of the stay would be charged for water. Surely they can stretch out to water for their guests considering there is less than 50 rooms at this hotel? We got to the room and we were told by the porter the AC doesn’t work and to open the balcony door to keep cool. Obviously I was taken aback so I queried this. He then rang reception and then told me it does work but not properly. His English was a little broken so I asked at reception and was told the AC is centrally controlled, so each room has the same temperature and it cannot be changed (even though each room has its own thermostat?) what’s the purpose of this? The room was tiny considering it was a double. Just about enough space to walk around. The shower pressure was so low it literally trickled water. This was reported twice but nothing done. Staff were also quite rude and not very welcoming apart from Zeki. He was very helpful and anytime I needed anything he was willing to help with a smile on his face. Thanks Zeki.

The hotel is ina great location, walking distance from gulhane park and 5min walk to the blue mosque, the hotel is very clean and the staff are very welcoming. Only disappointment was during breakfast time.. few days in a row there was no bread.... other then that the hotel has many shops/restaurants/café mins away...

Stayed here with my family for 3 nights. The located is very well located in the heart of Istanbul (Fatih area), on a quiet so there are no problems with the street noise street. Nothing to comment on room except the fact that cleaning in the bathroom is poor. Breakfast is a regular one, nothing to comment. Staff is nice and ready to help. The big issue is the parking, or actually hiw to get to the hotel considering that the almost entire area is closed. Be parking is made is a yard located 100 meters away from the hotel and it cost 7 EUR/day (quite much considering the conditions). Enjoy

This hotel is very well located for all the tourist attractions in the Sultanamet area. You are within walking distance of everything. The hotel owner / manager was friendly and helpful - and quickly changed our rooms when we pointed out that we were not in the rooms we booked. The breakfast was average (Covid) and the rooms are rather dated - but clean and fresh.

The main strength of this hotel is its location, strategical to discover Istanbul. We had good experience with the hotel staff who were friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was served in portions due to the covid regulations - still it was good, delicious and plenty. Unfortunately due to covid, the spa, bar and restaurant were closed. Our room was ok, clean and spacious, not super great but comfortable. Rooms have french balconies.
